U prizemlju se nalazi spavaća soba sa bračnim krevetom, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, toalet i soba sa jacuzzijem. Na katu su još dvije spavaće sobe, svaka sa po 2 kreveta i kupaona. U dvorištu se nalazi stol sa klupama, roštilj i montažni bazen. Kuća se nalazi na proplanku te pruža jedinstven pogled na jezero i brojna okolna mjesta. Mjesto je mirno, pogodno za šetnje prirodom i brdski biciklizam.

The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.
