Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

The flat was perfect base for us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The flat was clean and tidy. Carly was responsive to any queries and provided clear instructions which helped us make the most of our stay.

A lovely, peaceful place to stay. Within easy walking distance into Cromer. Very clean, fresh linen and towels. Was very cosy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

The Loft is a beautiful place for two people to stay - the most has been made of the light-filled space, and it feels very modern and clean, yet cosy and welcoming at the same time. Everything is of good quality, and thoughtful touches like a supply of tea-bags, milk, sugar and a complementary bottle of Prosecco were appreciated. It’s in a very peaceful spot, but there is plenty to do and see within walking distance, and it’s close to Blakeney Quay with good restaurants and local shops. We loved it!

Lovely place close to the Bug Parc and Roar! Both well worth a visit. Great for visiting other places in Norfolk.

3 friends who catch up every few months, perfect lay out of living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms. Great for jogging in the morning and visiting the beach at lunch time. Exceptional host, took care of everything from kitchen to bathroom needs - left wanting for nothing. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We had a lovely stay at Anais's , a nice quiet location but very near to Southwold with lots of shops & restaurants & the beach. The bungalow was very spacious & well equipped for all our needs. Plenty of offroad parking too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This Airbnb was a great find situated on the Quayside in Wells-next-the Sea. The property has great views over the surrounding harbour, channels out to sea and salt marshes from either the living room or bedroom windows or the little sun terrace (very welcome on nice days) at the top of the property. I can honestly say I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen before and there was so much in the way of glasses, crockery, mugs, cutlery and cooking bits n pieces you were never short of anything. There is plenty of room to relax with plenty of chairs, and the dining tables served not only for meals but was also great for me to use my laptop to check emails, etc - supported by high-speed Sky broadband. The TV has a full Sky package which meant we felt straight at home with all of the channels that we are used to! Beds were really comfortable and we had good nights' sleep. Parking is straightforward and is a few steps from the property. Lots of amenities are walkable inc boat trips

We had a lovely stay in this place. The area was lovely and quiet and just a few minutes walk from the beach. This was a perfect venue for a short break with the dog and we would definitely book again. Good communication and hassle free entry and departure.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

A peaceful holiday with convenience and a personal touch, it does not get much better than this! The apartment is so homely and cosy, light and spacious. Being directly over the coffee shop / cafe puts you first in line for the complimentary morning coffee and croissant… and means essential provisions are right where you need them! I was worried that the location would be busy and noisy at times, but Weybourne is super quiet and amenities close early, so it was blissful. The unspoilt natural beach and scenic cliff walks are accessible within minutes. The apartment has everything you might need. Our only small frustration was the shower water pressure - a power shower might have worked better. Ali and her apartment and cafe are not just dog tolerant, but dogs are given special treatment! Our little Cavapoo loved the whole experience! Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment about 10 min walk into the city centre. Everything clean and tidy as described with lovely, hot showers and well-equipped kitchen. Our only issue was the sofa bed, it’s not suitable for adults as uncomfortable and hard and couldn’t really fit two adults if that’s what you need. The other beds were comfy however and everything else had been thought of

We had a short break in Norfolk for our first time visit. The apartment is in a lovely tranquil spot on the bank of the River Bure. Just the perfect location for R&R with a sauna as a bonus and it’s only a very short stroll to local pub serving good food!

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

Jemma’s apartment is incredible! I spent my anniversary with my partner here and it was perfect, a gorgeous place, and Jemma’s communication and instructions were extremely accessible to me as an autistic person too. A wonderful experience! Thank you Jemma! <3
