The property would equally suit couples; it is perfectly located for day trips to Chester, Liverpool or Manchester by car or train. Easily accessible by public transport and a short trip to the town centre, it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance, being completely private with its own patio and parking space. You’re free to use my garden with its sheltered hammock swing - perfect for shade in the heat or shelter for rain, converting to a bed. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or bake, using the KitchenAid mixer. Indulge!

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.

Situated in lovely countryside with perfect views. Convenient transport links to both Manchester and Liverpool airports and two train stations in Warrington town centre. Close to Arley Hall and Gardens, home of Peaky Blinders ,and the market town of Knutsford and Tatton Park, known for its annual flower show and various other events. The village of Stockton Heath with its shops,bars and restaurants is only 2 miles away. Within walking distance are 2 pubs and a hotel.
