The Prospector's Cottage was built during the gold rush but has undergone a complete renovation to give it a modern feel while retaining its historic charm. Have a drink and relax on the amazing front porch overlooking the neighborhood. Walk to the many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes or gather with friends in the bright & open kitchen/dining room. It is just a 5 min drive to all that downtown Nevada City offers as well.

Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.
