Modern detached studio set on an equestrian property, on the outskirts of the beautiful Buckinghamshire village of Quainton. Quainton offers wonderful walks and views, a working Windmill, a delicious cafe, a shop and a friendly pub - perfect for that much needed getaway. Whether you are staying for business or time off, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to visit locally. Convenient location for Bucks Railway centre, Waddesdon, Bicester and within 30min of Silverstone and MK Bowl.

Tucked into the Chilterns, The Old Stable is a bright, vaulted 17th Century barn conversion. You can also book to take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool which is perfect for all ages. The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The pool will close at the end of September 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY & SEPTEMBER

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. A lovely spacious wooden lodge that sleeps 4 people, located in rural Northamptonshire. Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, separate WC, master bedroom with double bed, bedroom two with twin single beds and a family bathroom. Outside the property boasts a covered balcony area, a private lawned garden and patio area. The property has access to a shared outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf and clubhouse providing dining, bar and cabaret.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Long Barn, swimming pool and games room
