The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Top of the Mesa Lookout Tower

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Located at the base of the Grand Mesa off Hwy 65, we are just 5 miles north of the charming town of Cedaredge. Easy to get to shops and restaurants in town and outdoor adventure on the largest flat-topped mountain in the world where you can hike, fish, ATV, hunt, downhill and cross-country ski, mountain bike, snowmobile and more. After an exciting day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, sit around the fire pit, BBQ or meander down to the creek to relax.

Well-appointed log cabin at 9000' on Grand Mesa w/ Starlink internet on 72 acres borders National Forest and boasts unmatched views, massive aspen groves, and direct access to West Green Mountain trail (~1/4 mile away from the north edge of the property). This off-grid cabin has running water, full kitchen & nice bathroom w/ shower via solar PV system, propane appliances & backup generator. NO PETS and must have AWD or 4WD vehicle, no exceptions. Owner's personal residence, treat it nicely!

Yonder Mountain Retreat

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). Stay at Western Culture Farmstead & Creamery. Enjoy an intimate goating experience at a working goat farm & creamery. You will have an entire apartment with private entrance. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath with partial kitchen. Includes a large covered patio with a grill and lovely views. Western Culture Farmstead is located 1 mile outside of Paonia, close enough to ride your bike. Enjoy some private time hanging out with the goats, they are very therapeutic & love a snuggle!
