Northlight studio, queen bed ,and foldout couch,divided from bedroom by curtains. Small kitchenette and dining room area.

The Cottage at DragonflyAcres sits on 6+ acres of peaceful(developing) gardens and shaded woods. The world famous Grafton Pond, a kayaking destination, is 6 mins away. Numerous hiking trails are within 5-15 mins. The Shaker Village and Mascoma Lake are 10 mins away. Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth College are an easy 30 minute drive to the east. Going west, it's a quick but picturesque drive to Lake Sunapee Beach State Park (27 minutes) and the quaint town of New London, NH.

A cooks (happy place) kitchen. A large living room with a fireplace & direct access to the walk out deck with breathtaking views.

Cozy Woodland Cabin

If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

The shared yard has 15 wooded acres for you to explore. Walk your dog on the trail through the woods. We are a quick 5 minute drive from Newfound lake, and set in the heart of the Lakes Region. Nearby are numerous hiking trails, snowmobile trails, ski resorts and more. We have four friendly dogs and raise chickens and goats
