There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people with Queen size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a King size bed in the Master bedroom. The updated kitchen features a coffee bar, ice-maker and all the neccessities for preparing meals. A bonus sun-room offers additional space for gathering with the family during your stay.

Newly built in December 2025, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blends vintage touches and cozy details making it easy to settle into. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town but still only 5–10 minutes from downtown, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Inside, the home features a kitchen with plenty of room to cook and gather. Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Step outside to enjoy the large yard. The home also includes washer and dryer access.

Some areas are still under construction like the Koi pond that will be constructed in the near future. The area is fenced and well lit at night. Secure location with a gated entry and some quiet scenic country but just a short drive away from the action in OKC. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.
