I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

We have been staying as a couple with a dog and absolutely loved it. Nice neighbours, terrace with some space to be outside while not leaving our house territory, a cute dog Benny who is happy to see you and receive some cuddles. It had all the necessary amenities and it was warm in the early spring, because the heater works very well. Close to the metro station but very calm neighbourhood. Totally recommended.

Ана и Амиран — замечательные хозяева. Они тепло нас встретили, порекомендовали интересные места в окрестностях и сделали всё, чтобы наше пребывание было комфортным. Жильё оказалось чистым, светлым, тёплым и очень уютным. Оно расположено на первом этаже, а хозяева живут на втором с отдельным входом. Благодаря собственной огороженной территории мы чувствовали себя уединённо и не пересекались без необходимости. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания и приготовления пищи. Особенно порадовал камин, дрова для которого можно приобрести на месте. Также понравилась возможность заказать вкусный завтрак. Место тихое, граничит с женским монастырём Самтавро. Потрясающие виды на храмы особенно красивы в вечернее время. Для нас было важным, что хозяева приветливы к животным и приняли нас с нашей небольшой собакой. Плюсом стала возможность парковки на закрытой территории. Всё было отлично! Мы обязательно вернёмся.

I finally stayed at Elene’s incredible house in Ananuri after having it saved for 2.5 years, and it met and/or exceeded all expectations! The house is wonderfully cozy with a mind-blowing view that’s simply unforgettable. It felt like a blend of home, dacha, and the perfect escape spot anyone would crave. The fireplace is a real gem, adding warmth and character to the experience (just remember to solve the wood quest!). The location is ideal for hiking and relaxing, and if you have a car, it opens up even more opportunities to explore the stunning surrounding areas. Elene herself is an exemplary host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. While the area doesn’t have many dining options, the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals at home. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and memorable retreat!

Dear Luka, your family and your friends, thank you very much for this wonderful house! Me, my husband and our friend celebrated here the new year, and everything was cozy and beautiful! Despite of really cold weather outside, into the house was really warm ❤️ In the kitchen you can find all necessary (or ask Luka about additional dishes) Also Luka was really kind and treated us to a wonderful lobiani! ✨✨✨ Thanks a lot and have a good year! We hope that in future we will return.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Приехали к Zaze перед самым годом. Это большой частный дом, нас разместили в просторной гостиной где были 2 кровати + спальня большая кровать. В гостиной на столе нас ждало приветствие от хозяев вино, чача, фрукты и сладости. Очень приятно, мы уставшие с дороге перекусили и легли спать в застланные белоснежные постели. Хозяин Zaza и Нино очень добрые и внимательные хозяева, люди православной веры на все наши желания были отзывчивы, всячески помогая и организовывая наш досуг. Мы очень благодарны этим людям, за время проведенное у них. Будем помнить и обязательно если будем в Тбилиси заедем к ним опять!

Отличный уютный дом и территория, есть все для шашлыка и приготовления на кухне. Отметили день рождения дружной компанией как дома. Спасибо Бердиа!

The apartment was quite clean and cozy. The host was very attentive. I recommend it ☺️

היה בית מקסים עם גינה יפיפיה, בריכת שחיה נפלאה, בעלת הבית הייתה זמינה.

Домик очень приятный, есть камин, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Отдыхали друзьями 13 человек, жарили шашлык, ходили в сауну, купались в бассейне. Все было хорошо. К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.

Roomy house for 2 families. Not much immediately nearby, but great access to highways for trips into Tbilisi or to other parts of Georgia. Good points: Illiya was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is a refreshing swimming pool and a full-size snooker table. The house has plenty of extra space to lounge on couches or the balcony. Fresh apples and peaches from the trees. There are even 2 tortoises that live in the yard. Great views on the surrounding valleys. Negative points: The highway connections are confusing and not convenient for all destinations (but that seems to be a characteristics of all Georgian roads; not just this location). U-turns and strange detours are needed even for nearby destinations. We visited in mid-summer and it was cool enough that no A/C was needed, but there is noise from the highways when the windows are open.

Great host, very friendly and very responsive. The house was beautiful, lots of space, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a variety of cuisines. I especially recommend Salty for coffee. One of the highlights is its proximity to Park Mziuri, just a 9-minute walk away. The park is perfect for a leisurely stroll or some outdoor relaxation. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place!

Liana is very friendly - she let me drop off my luggage early while the apartment was cleaned. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed in this apartment for over a month and had a great experience. The location is excellent—just a few meters from the bus stop, which made getting around very easy. Although the windows face the street, it’s surprisingly quiet at night since there’s no bus traffic, so I slept very well. The apartment stays cool and shaded, which is perfect on warmer days. When it got colder, the AC in heating mode worked perfectly and kept the space very comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful—she replied quickly and solved any issues almost instantly. I really appreciated that level of care. Highly recommend!
