My tiny family (3 of us in total) had a lovely time at the “cute green cabin!” We spent a day in Yosemite and another day exploring Bass lake (Forks resort burger is a must!) Every night we enjoyed some time in the hot tub and we couldn’t get over how quiet the neighborhood was! We will be recommending this gem to all our friends!!

This Airbnb is worth its top rating. The cottage is well-equipped and architectured. Incredible view, very peaceful place, super clean, super comfy... We spent an excellent weekend there. The host has been super responsive and helpful whenever needed. An awesome place that we'll keep for our future retreat weekends!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, very spacious, and spotless. The view is absolutely stunning: I especially loved the slow, quiet mornings soaking it all in. The hot tub with that same amazing view was a real highlight, and the ping pong table brought lots of joy to my family. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always easy to reach. Location-wise, it’s about 1h30 from Yosemite, which worked out well for us. Would definitely recommend it!

This was our second stay here. Our daughter's family lives in the neighborhood and this is the perfect location for us to stay while visiting. It is quiet, comfortable and just what we need. The yard is very cute and we love to look at the animals with our grandchildren. We lucked out and saw the planets aligned from the driveway on the 25th, as it is dark enough to view the stars without city lights. Don and Lori are great hosts- there are treats and fresh eggs in the fridge, and everything we needed was right there. We will be back.

We loved our stay and Nick was a responsive and kind host. Was a short trip but we felt very cozy. The home is beautiful and you are close to lots of amazing outdoor experiences. Has all the appliances and tools you might need to make dinner! And extremely reasonable and understandable check out instructions.

I have to echo the other reviews: I stay in a lot of airbnbs, and this is one of the nicest ones I've ever stayed at. Every item, piece of furniture, and fixture was simply exactly where you expected it to be, and of very high quality. Total opposite of those Ikea special soulless spots that plague this app. It felt more like staying in a thoughtfully prepared guesthouse of a friend, if you were lucky enough to have a friend with such a place.

This was personally my favorite Airbnb that I’ve stayed at in California. This place is incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable! The hot tub with the Mountain View was my favorite part. Would definitely book again at this location!

I have never been in such a tranquil place in my life. I highly recommend this place to stay - yo will not be disappointed. Very clean - also Marilyn left fresh roses and fresh roses - divine!!!!

The place was very spacious and clean. Wife, dog, and I had a peaceful weekend getaway. Neighborhood was very quiet and private.

This sweet cottage was more magical than we even expected! We were surprised by all of the thoughtful touches, the decor, excellent cooking utensils, coffee, snacks, and so much more. It felt like we were staying in a secret tree house and the patio created the most calming space for outdoor meals and relaxing. The location was quiet, very convenient and just the right size for two. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this space again!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

Amazing place! Easy to find and only 5 minutes from town but still so peaceful and secluded. Comfy bed, very nice little place for 1-2 people. Yosemite was only 25 minutes away, bass lake 10 minutes away. Host was very responsive and check-in was easy. I will be staying here on all my future Yosemite trips.

Loved our stay here! Extremely cozy and clean modern cabin with everything we needed. Location was great. We took many walks to hang at Kings Beach, grab some ice cream, check out the little shops, and grab a beer and pizza at White Caps (amazing pizza!). Was also a short drive to the fire look out for an amazing view of the whole area and access to other restaurants and beautiful spots in North Lake Tahoe. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay, quiet and safe. The accommodations were lovely - great living space and a beautiful yard. The location was a bit further from downtown than we’re used to but our first time in that area and we liked it! Thank you Lynne and Michael for sharing your charming and comfortable bungalow.

This is a great place to stay just a 5 minute walk into the heart of Nevada City and has good off street parking. The place is very nice and was great for a couple of days for my visit to the area. Ione was communicative and helpful throughout my stay.

Lynn was responsive and patient with all my questions. Her place is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. She contacted me right away when I had an emergency. There are tiny special touches Lynn includes in her home that made our stay comfortable and relaxed. How to come back again!

John and Elizabeth are very kind and I enjoyed chatting with them. Their property is beautiful and in a lovely part of Quincy. Town is just a short drive and quite scenic. The cabin was super clean and cozy with an amazing view of their property. It was very quiet and serene and we had fun exploring the property. We saw birds and ducks and geese. Ours was a short visit but we'll definitely be back! I highly recommend a stay at The Cat Tail Cottage.
