Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

The Jack House is a remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath house and the perfect place to enjoy Cotter. The house is close to everything in Cotter. You will be within walking distance to the White River and the Cotter Spring. The local diner and fly shop are a block away from the Jack House. Enjoy the River Art Gallery in downtown Cotter & visit the local kayaking company for all your kayaking & canoeing needs. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" screen TV with streaming. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.
