The garden studio is in old town Basalt a 2 minute walk to main street with it's eclectic shops, restaurants and RFTA buses. Private entrance with access to patio, fenced yard. Limited access to washer/dryer in the main house on request. 1 Full size bed and 1 futon couch/bed. *Please note! We are a family with 2 small children living upstairs so you might here some footsteps and some voices. We go to bed early and rise early, but do your thing and don't worry about disturbing us.

It has a private patio and garden and is steps away from Basalt's restaurants, shopping, galleries and the world class Frying Pan River. The RFTA bus stop is downtown for easy transit to Aspen, Highlands and Snowmass ski areas and the surrounding area.

We have Mitchell Creek Trail out the front door, and plenty of other area hiking and biking trails within 30 min. After hiking or skiing Sunlight Ski Area (30 min), head Downtown for dinner and a soak at the Hot Springs (10 min). In the summer, make the most of your trip and enjoy a float on the river or visit Glenwood Caverns.
