Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

This place prepared for EVERYTHING! Lots of beach supplies (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, toys, cooler ect). Kitchen was PERFECTLY set up. It has EVERYTHING you need to cook. Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Free standing ice maker that never runs out for ice lovers like myself. Nice Weber grill. Lots of games, books, and movies of all kinds. Beach extremely close. The boardwalk is visible from driveway. Outside enclosed shower was perfect for my sandy children. Extra beach towels were provided. Extremely clean upon arrival. The host was very friendly and responded promptly via text which made things feel more personal. Truly loved this place. Only thing I would mention which is also in the description would be that if you have a handicap person going, just be aware that you have to navigate stairs. This property probably wouldn’t be ideal because the main level is on the second floor and the king size rooms are on the 3rd floor. Perfect for anyone else though. Excited to go back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful place . Perfect location. Ground floor hanging area. 2 story townhouse. I liked that the main floor (2nd level) had a private 1/2 bath by the laundry room. If you are the family that you have to do some laundry in the night this is perfect , no noise to the bedrooms on the upper level. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised and host was very responsive with questions. Clean and comfortable, kid friendly and great access to an uncrowded beach. We would consider a repeat stay.

This place was awesome! Close to everything and had plenty of space. Hosts were very quick to reply. Would highly recommend and will definitely book it again in the future when we go back.

Paul’s house was better than expected! Very easy to find and centrally located with easy access to Rosemary Beach and Seaside, not to mention The Big Chill directly across the street for easy meals and morning coffee runs. The house itself was spotless, cozy, full of all the amenities we needed, and had plenty of room for our family do 5. The included golf cart was perfect or getting around to the nearby beach access and dinners. We had such an amazing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely look into staying here again if we’re back in town.

Very pleasant stay. Victoria was a great host. She responded very quickly to my questions. I had trouble with the booking (no fault of the website, just me being technologically challenged), and she helped me right away. The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The little patio in the yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Location is wonderful - away from big crowds and big development, but a short bike ride to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The private beach was uncrowded with pristine white sand and gorgeous turquoise water. Five mature, yet active women loved it and hope to return for next year’s “girls trip.”

This was a great stay for evacuation. Able to bring our cats which was 1 less thing to worry about. Could walk less tha 2 mins to grocery store, pet store, Ramen, Korean BBQ, Buffalo Wild Wings, McMcCallistMcCallisters, & Starbucks. quiet area

Our family enjoyed our stay and easily added on an additional day. The pool was great for my kids, I loved the walking trail and access to the shops/coffee bar.

great spot. minute to the beach. wagon, chairs, and more provided made it simple to enjoy the day. the bunk bedroom was amazing. high quality built-in bunk beds. our kids slept comfortable and even had outlets in each bed to charge up devices while watching while calming down from a busy day. 100% recommend and will most definitely go back again!

Our family had a great stay. The residence was squeaky clean. The queen bed upstairs and full bed downstairs were very comfortable. Every type of pan and utensil needed to cook family meals was provided, and the 5-cup coffee maker was perfect for my wife and I. The television includes a Roku so you can login to all of your streaming accounts. The place is about three well-lit blocks to the shops and restaurants of Palafox Street, so perfect for going out at night and walking home. Tracy was very responsive. When we ran out of an item during our long stay, Tracy had supplies shipped to the house immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Just incredible! Arrived after dark but they made sure to have lights on for us, exceptional location just steps, literally steps from the pristine private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Gorgeous, modern, immaculate condo with first class touches throughout. If we visit the gulf again, and we will, this would be the only place we’d stay! Thank you😁😎

After previous plans to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary fell through, my husband and I wound up booking this place for a same day check in. The hosts were super responsive and able to accommodate us! We arrived to find the place easy to check into, very clean and exactly as described! It was such a beautiful and peaceful location and drinking our coffee out on the dock every morning was our favorite thing! The hosts were also super responsive and helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to get the grill to work! This is definitely in our top two places we have ever stayed and we hope to make it back for another visit sometime!!

This was an amazing place to stay! The view we had to the lake was beautiful. It was very clean when we first arrived and check in was super easy! We enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about this house. We have two small children and this house was perfect and the bay was safe for them to swim in even on red flag days… we caught blue crab under the dock, paddle boarded all over the bay, grilled on the 1st floor and slept like angels in the soft beds at night. There is literally no need to ever leave the house once you get there… cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much, we will be back next year!!

This place is super cute! The host is extremely responsive, and she was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked, and we didn’t have any issues checking in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

The entire place was beautiful and very very clean. The decor was charming with lots of great ocean decorations. The downstairs has a fantastic view from the living room of the sand dunes and ocean. The kitchen is fully loaded . The kitchen table can seat 8 comfortably. The deck off the living room has a table and chairs and several lounge chairs. The upstairs has two bedrooms facing the gulf (one master and one king bedroom). The third bedroom faces the gulf. Beds were comfortable. The views from upstairs were stunning. The best part was that the beach was a 2 minute walk from the back deck. The beach is pristine with long stretches of beach in either direction. If you're into shell collecting, that's the beach to do it. As for restaurants, we liked Sailors grill at Juana's pagoda for breakfast and happy hour drinks. We saw schools of fish and pods of dolphins go by. We will definitely be back!

First time visiting Navarre Beach and having a townhouse with the perfect views of the ocean made our stay amazing! We ran into a few bumps but Amanda was always quick to respond and flexible to help solve issues. Having a covered porch allowed my 86 yr old mom the ability to relax , search for dolphins and watch the military plans fly by. The bedroom was spacious with private bedrooms. I love waking up in the morning, going out on the balcony and watch the sunrise! I would highly recommended to everyone!
