Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Kerstin et David…. La maison est super agréable, spacieuse et très bien située… La communication est très conviviale… Le parking est facile et gratuit… Tout était parfait…

Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

Amazing location just behind a sand dune off amber beach. Perfect place to stay with kids, lots of games and activities if it’s raining and the beach for when it’s not! Great and clean facilities - everything you could need for an escape to the seaside!

Beautiful house that looks like the pictures. Peaceful area - we all slept really well in comfortable beds and thanks to black-out blinds. Cosy living room with fireplace, and everything you need in the kitchen. There's a bus stop nearby (but worth having a car). A very short walk to the beach and small supermarket too! We used the garden furniture for lunch one day.

Property exactly as advertised. Very clean and kitchen stocked up with basics, bedrooms nicely made up and living area comfortable and a good size for the 6 of us adults and 2 infants. Chichi even called and said she forgot to stock toothpaste and offered to bring it right over which was so lovely ! I gave the check in 5 stars because although we had trouble getting in, Chichi didn’t hesitate to come over immediately and rectify it which is exactly what you want when travelling with a small child. Would definitely stay again!

We had another lovely stay at Vinca's place. It is in a great location to explore the rest of Dungeness from or stay in, relax and watch the birds, rabbits and foxes outside.

Appartement magnifique, encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Très pratique, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Tout est bien pensé, notamment la cuisine qui est très bien équipée. Le parking gratuit juste à côté est un vrai plus (à voir en été, mais parfait pendant les ponts de mai). Les lits sont confortables, la communication avec l’hôte était au top, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité sur l’horaire de départ. Et pour ne rien gâcher, Hardelot est une petite ville pleine de charme. Un séjour parfait !

Un bon petit séjour passé dans ce beau studio. Très propre, avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le logement est très bien situé et l’on peut faire pas mal de chose à pieds. Got a call from Robbie on how to check in & how to use the facilities that’s available in the aqua therapy room. He was friendly & gave clear instructions. We found the place easy & got parking. Everything was immaculate from the minute we walked through the front door & entered our apartment. I place was amazing & we were so excited to say. Weather was perfect & we enjoyed the balcony with its amazing view. The place was perfect. The message chair & jacuzzi we used & we enjoyed it. Perfect get away for my husband’s birthday. Thanks Robbie for everything it was perfect 👌

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Josephine was a thoughtful, communicative host. The property is immaculate, beautifully renovated and well thought out. The garden was a lovely little sun trap in the evenings and also immaculately maintained. It has everything we needed and more, including local walks and recommendations. We loved our stay, very well situated for visiting various local places - Eastbourne, Drusillas, Battle & Hastings. Really peaceful setting, and loads of great places to eat locally.

This was a lovely location and the hosts were very helpful with queries beforehand. It was generally very well equipped although one of the shelves in the oven didn't fit, but this was a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again - thank you!

Richard's cottage is everything you can wish for, stunning surroundings with lots of footpaths to explore the area. The cottage itself is a little gem with a stunning garden on the river. It's beautiful and peaceful. Richard is a great host, so friendly and helpful with lots of good recommendations. We can't wait to visit again.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Georgia’s cottage. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. A treat to have a big freestanding bath too. Parking was easy and free and we were only a short drive to Rye and a walk to the harbour. Only thing we felt was missing was some extra toilet roll/an additional bin bag/tea/coffee bits.

Henrietta’s cottage is definitely a hidden gem. We spent a weekend in this unique cottage and everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery. You wake up to the bids chirping, and the whole place is so peaceful. We spent our days just chilling under the trees, lakeside and it was the best place to forget the big city. The cottage was clean, the bed comfy. We visited the castle gardens nearby and also walked to the next village, where is a lovely pub, The Milk House. We had a wonderful weekend with beautiful weather.

Perfect location for our weekend in Eastbourne. Lovely house: clean & homely. Lovely courtyard garden in which to relax in the sun. Plenty of on-street parking (free). Tesco Express & Co-op on the doorstep, plus lots of little local shops/takeaways, cafes etc. 20 min walk into Eastbourne town centre. Just lovely. If we come to Eastbourne again, we’ll certainly re-book.
