Florença: aluguel por temporada de mansões

Wir waren mit einer Gruppen von 4 Paaren und drei Kleinkindern unterwegs. Und hat die Unterkunft super gefallen. Jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer und alles war super sauber. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Es gab einen Tennisplatz, einen Fußballplatz, Kicker, Volleyball und einen tollen Kinderspielplatz. Besser ausgestattet kann die Anlage nicht sein. Zudem ist die Lage der Unterkunft perfekt um die Toskana zu erkunden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden sofort wiederkommen.

The villa has an Old World vibe, but with modern amenities. It was a great place to stay and cook and dine. This was a nice location to base our Tuscany exploration from. The hosts helped facilitate a wonderful home cooked meal by Vilma upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. You will love this villa!

This place was great! The location is awesome and close to many of the hot spots but also felt away from the crowds. It’s extremely spacious so great for groups to stay together. The amenities are slightly more bare bones but overall had everything we needed. There’s a grocery store right outside to get any extra essentials. We had a great stay!

Francesca was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any questions or needs truly added to the overall experience. It's clear that she cares deeply about her guests and their comfort. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Francesca's large house. Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a retreat with friends, or just a peaceful escape, this location checks all the boxes. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

The apartment was big and lots of beds. Apartment was very buggy with mosquitos and we all woke up with SO MANY bug bites. Overall it’s a nice apartment in a good location. Check out was Sunday at 10am, but our flight wasn’t until 6pm. The owner told us she would store our bags for us on Sunday so we could enjoy the city, then she got upset with us for entering the building loudly one night then declined to store our bags for us Sunday. Was disappointing and ruined our last day.

Alloggi stupendi, puliti e dotati di ogni comfort! Tre appartamenti con entrate indipendenti in un luogo spettacolare con vista mozzafiato immersi in un giardino molto bello. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Piscina appena rifatta, non grandissima ma molto bella e raccolta da condividere con le persone con cui vai in vacanza. Adatto soprattuto a gruppi grandi di amici/familiari per goderti un relax da sogno.

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

We had a truly excellent holiday cooking, playing tennis, and exploring nearby towns. Our hosts were very attentive via text and in person, and helped us plan all of the additional activities we wished. Our group would unanimously return, given the chance. Highly recommend!

Het huis is geweldig, rustig gelegen, op ideale afstand voor het ontdekken van het mooie Toscane, tip : San Gimignano is top!! Chianti route is zalig!! Firenze veel te druk... Angela is super, hartelijk ontvangen, geeft tips voor restaurants in de buurt en altijd bereikbaar, top gastvrouw!!

Tutto è andato benissimo. Posto veramente fantastico, ottima vista panoramica, vicinissimo a molte location e città come Volterra e San Gimignano. Alessio che ci attendeva all’arrivo è stato veramente gentile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli che hanno migliorato la qualità della nostra vacanza.

J’ai passé un tres bon séjour chez Susanna ! La maison est charmante et propre avec une ambiance chaleureuse qui met tout de suite à l’aise. L’emplacement est idéal, calme tout en étant proche des commodités. Susanna a été une hôte accueillante, réactive et attentionnée. Je recommande vivement son logement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

We spent a week at Il Vichiaccio and I already miss the house. The house was perfect for a family of 5 adults. We felt immediately at home, had all what we needed. The location and views are awsom, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Plenty of great wineries and restaurants in the ares. Beatrice is a great host, answered every question we had, gave us recommendations and even helped us when our daughter didn't feel well. We strongly recommend!

Abbiamo passato una bella settimana nell'agriturismo di Martina. Con tutto l'agriturismo a disposizione, gli ampi spazi esterni, piscina compresa, e le belle passeggiate che si possono fare nei dintorni, il tempo è volato. Anche il nostro cane ha molto apprezzato. Ineceppibile l'accoglienza e disponibilità sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno. Gli appartamenti a disposizione sono essenziali ma non mancano di nulla e sono immersi nel silenzio della natura.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, super gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist gross, der Außenbereich richtig schön und gemütlich. Ist alles da, was man braucht. Gastgeber Marco ist sehr zuverlässig, super freundlich und der Pizzaabend mit ihm war ein besonderes Highlight. Seine Tipps für Ausflüge waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Wir haben eine wunderbare und äusderdt erholsame Woche verbracht.

We werden zeer hartelijk verwelkomd door Franscesca met een lekker hapje en een drankje. In het huisje vonden we alles wat we nodig hadden. Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen, wat wil zeggen dat je de kronkelende weggetjes van de Toscaanse heuvels erbij horen. Wij huurden één dagje Vespa’s in Castellina in Chianti, bezochten Firenze met de trein en gingen ook paardrijden (Crazy Horse Ranch). Natuurlijk genoten we ook van een bezoek aan de wijn- en omijfgaard Il Colle. We rijden dus met extra lekkers naar huis! 🍷🫒

What a gem. We absolutely loved the villa and look forward to returning in the future! We stayed there with another family and had three kids under 4 and felt very safe in the area and at the house. They provided toddler beds and high chairs, which was amazing. Nathalie and Lorenzo were so lovely and welcoming, and the villa itself was a delight - vintage in all the right ways, quiet, perfect distance from a beautiful village, not too far of a drive to a supermarket and attractions. If the weather had been warmer/less rainy, we would have spent loads of time on the terrace and the hangout area below. Like the rest of the space, the outdoor areas were very well appointed, with plenty of seating, giant floor cushions, ping pong, etc. I also highly recommend booking a yoga session and private chef!

Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

Villa Angiolina is truly beautiful!!! The view is incredible and everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host was lovely and gracious and responded very quickly to all communications. She even arranged for an amazing pizza party with a private chef that was just one or the memorable moments from our time at the Villa. If this Villa is available…just book it!!! You will be glad that you did!!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Hpgel der Toskana. Ein wenig abgelegen aber wir haben das geschätzt. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung mit wircklich sehr gutem Essen und absolut guten Preise. Unterkunft mit grossem Garten, Pool, Klima und Heizung. Gepflegt und sauber. Hühner deren Eier wir holen durften. Magena wahr stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Viele Weingüter in der Umgebung wo mann essen und trinken kann. Wir kommen wieder. Danke Magena und Eduardo

A 4 adultes et 4 enfants, nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison de Lorenzo à San Miniato. La maison est calme, propre, impeccable et spacieuse, avec une belle vue sur les collines Toscanes. Les enfants ont même pu profiter de la piscine! San Miniato est accessible à pied et est un village très pittoresque avec de nombreux commerces typiques. Et nous avons pu visiter les lieux phares de la Toscane au départ de la maison donc emplacement au top ! Grazie mille Lorenzo!

The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Such an amazing place! I would recommend EVERYONE to go there! Violante and her husband are such nice hosts. We had a wonderful time there and will not hesitate to come back next year. Thanks a lot.

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James
