This is a self contained small cottage in the grounds of our home. It is finished to a high spec with all modern fixtures. There is a private decking area, overlooking our private woodland and private car park for 2 cars. It is all on one level, apart from one small step from the kitchen into the lounge. It has fully climate controlled heating & fully fitted kitchen. There are 2 TVs with Freeview plus a DVD player in the lounge (and a selection of DVD’s), separate DAB radio and fast broadband.

The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and train station. We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. The Annex also has a large smart tv, as well as its own WiFi connection. The annex has French doors in the lounge overlooking a well maintained garden. This self contained Annex is perfect for visiting local attractions such as Brands Hatch, London and surrounding areas.
