Great house with great location! I would highly recommend this place for any extended stays

We loved the location of this house for our weekend getaway. It was walking distance to some great places to eat and bars. The patio out front was nice to sit on and relax during the afternoon. The beds were comfortable and appreciated a good pillow!

The place literally looks exactly like the pictures! Bathtub , amazing! I also left an item in the home and Deon got it back to me with no questions and very quickly!!! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Clean place, within walking to midtown, host flexible with changing checkin/checkout times, easy in/out door lock - would recommend to anyone in Sac!

Clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Located just down the street from a large park, grocery store and some restaurants just a couple miles away. Host was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns.

Helpful and responsive. We had a lovely visit and appreciated having our adult kids out for a barbecue and games poolside during our visit

Absolutely beautiful home, well stocked and loved the kids rooms having toys. Backyard was amazing and loved it day and night. Waterfall feature is so peaceful every morning.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

From the cozy interiors to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheila was communicative, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was everything described in the listing and even better. The kitchen was very nice, the living room was cozy, and the back patio leading to the backyard was a great space to relax. The grill worked perfectly, which was a great bonus. I also appreciated having access to the garage, and being provided with two garage openers made things super convenient. The house was well taken care of, the neighborhood was peaceful with friendly neighbors, and the host’s communication was excellent. Everything about this stay was perfect, and I would absolutely come back again!

As expected. Nice and quiet! Instructions were clear and Christian was very responsive and even proactive into reaching out to make sure we enjoyed our stay! Was perfect for its use. Comfy bed, clear instructions for everything & never heard or saw a car come in or out! Didn’t even look like anyone was ever home in the main house in front! Definitely enjoyed the stay and would stay here again when visiting or passing through Sacramento!

This was the cutest bungalow! We had such a wonderful stay. Adolfo and Stevie were super proactive, giving us all the info we needed, and super great suggestions for local food and drinks. The location is super walkable with tons of great options 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the house. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.
