The Little Hop House, a cosy one bedroom barn

The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months. It is not suitable for babies or young children x

Kick back and relax in this stylish rural property which is situated in the garden of our HERTFORDSHIRE home & next to a grade II* listed windmill. It is suitable for both holiday and business stays. Free parking (3 cars max). Perfect for exploring the local Hertfordshire countryside or heading into London or Cambridge–both within easy reach. Both floors have a living area with double sofa bed & kitchen/diner, double bedroom and shower room. Electric car charging available. This is NOT Norfolk!

Rural Retreat

A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage.

Mill Farm House in South Cambridgeshire

Situated within the beautiful Mill Farm, Mill Farm House is a modern and spacious detached house in a small rural village within east reach of Cambridge city. Completely renovated in May 2022, this gorgeous, large open-plan living space is ideal for groups of friends and families throughout the year. Take advantage of the tranquil surroundings that include a lovely wrap-around garden to relax and unwind. This contemporary house is perfect for creating lasting memories with friends and family.

Separate second lounge area with 65 inch smart TV, ground floor bedroom area with kingsize Simba bed. Bathroom (ground) - shower & bath. Utility room - washer, dryer & American fridge freezer. Ashwell has a wealth of architecture with a 14th century church & museum, freshwater springs, 3 pubs, shops & galleries.

Peaseblossom Cottage

A perfect location for a quiet country get-away, amongst fields, lakes and country pubs in a peaceful Bedfordshire village, within walking distance to Shuttleworth Vintage Aeroplane Collection and air displays. Also within easy reach of the beautiful, historic cities of Cambridge and St Albans while London is a 35 minute train journey from the local station. Significant sites of Knebworth, Hatfield House and Bletchley Park all close by. A perfect mix of peace, interest and convenience.

Trinity: luxury lodge in a stunning, lake location

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Alice Barn at Clopton Courtyard is a stylish two bedroom single floor barn conversion, which overlooks the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. A private wood burning hot tub with countryside views makes this a perfect spot to relax in the evening (HOT TUB FEE APPLIES FOR 16TH - 19TH JUNE ). The barn also has access to a shared BBQ and fire pit. With Cambridge just 20 minutes away by car, Alice Barn provides an excellent spot from which to explore this historic city.

Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.

Perfect for up to three people staying for local business or pleasure. Perhaps you are wedding guests attending the nearby South Farm venue There is a desk area and space to lounge with smart TV in the second bedroom A shop/post-office is a short stroll away

The Flat at Shuttleworth House

The Flat at Shuttleworth House is a unique self-catering apartment within our Grade II* listed mansion. Once a family home, now a bustling weddings & events venue, Shuttleworth House is as unique as they come when planning a getaway. The House itself is not open to the public and you will not have access during your stay, however, you are able to make the most of the incredible views of the parkland take a walk and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of our site.
