Judy was a great host and offered us a great stay. She was very responsive and aided us in a wonderful trip. I would definitely recommend.

This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had an amazing time here! The home is very charming, in a great location on the North Fork close to our favorite vineyards and restaurants. Paul was kind enough to offer us an early check in so that we may accommodate our guests traveling to visit! We really enjoyed our stay & made great memories.

Our stay at the property was truly exceptional!! Rob was highly accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was seamless from check-in to check-out. The hot tub and the fire place were definitely our favorite. Highly recommend!

Kenneth’s place was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and looked just like the pictures. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! We were able to walk easily to the nearby beach and it is only a few minutes from all of our favorite restaurants. If you’re looking for a few quiet and peaceful days away from everything, this is the perfect spot.

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our first trip to Newport. Great location and walkable to many places. Hosts were very proactive, giving clear instructions for check in and check out.

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

Great location and lovely space. We didn’t mind the stairs, but wish there was a designated parking spot. It wasn’t a problem to find a spot though. LOVE that there was no huge to-do list upon departure. Always feels more like a vacation when the host doesn’t give you chores. Thanks for a lovely trip! Highly recommend.

My wife and I absolutely loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations. I felt so much at home, I almost went out and picked up the mail!There were so many supplies in the kitchen, a thoughtfully laid out living room and bedroom, a heavenly soaking tub in the bathroom, and serene surroundings. Everything was thought of from tasteful decor to plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fireplace and even an unopened toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathroom (including 2-ply!! ) It raised my standard for future rentals. We are lucky enough to travel several times a year. When we do, we almost exclusively stay at Airbnb‘s. This one was by far the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in many years. I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

We loved our stay at Michael's and Kara's beautiful house. It was so comfortable, clean and had everything we could possible want. We wished we could have stayed longer. Michael and Kara are so friendly and welcoming. They have this sunroom that is so very comfy. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay!! The lock was stuck upon check-in but the host called us (it was the middle of the night) and walked us through getting it open. She was so friendly and helpful! The place itself was perfect. Great kitchen, sleeping areas, clean and wonderfully decorated. Even with the lock issue, this was a 5 star stay and we have absolutely no complaints. We had 3 people and we felt like we had plenty of room. It’s also right down the street from the Mohegan Sun!!! So perfect place to stay if you want to visit the resort. You can’t get a better location. Also very quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Ada was extremely responsive and friendly in her communication. The unit was exactly as described. There were so many nice and thoughtful touches - complimentary coffee/tea, popcorn, water, basket of games/books. We came to Mohegan Sun for an overnight and didn’t want to stay at the hotel. This place was a quick Uber ride back and forth. Highly recommend!

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

I rented this home to accommodate my family of 6 over Christmas. Beautiful home and very comfortable beds, high quality linens and lots of space. I could tell the house was very well set up for summer guests too with plenty of outdoor gathering areas.

We had a lovely stay this April. House was spotless and newly refurbished. Pool area great (early in season so braved a cold plunge!!!) and appreciated the separate hot tub too. Pool furniture all brand new and special mention of the best kitted out games room I have ever seen! Location great. Very quiet but short car ride to East Hampton proper. Sammi’s beach a 10 min walk away. A fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

This place was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Nicole's place with another couple for two nights. Nicole left us a thoughtful welcome sign and treats upon check in, which we appreciated. The place is in a very well maintained condo complex with multiple pools and beautiful grounds. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything a hotel might have (hair dryers, shampoo, soap, etc.) and more. We loved the little balcony that overlooked a pond with a fountain, ducks, and songbirds. Location-wise, it's perfect! Less than a 10-minute drive to Mohegan Sun, and lots of places to eat nearby. We had a great brunch at Herb's, a local landmark diner. We would definitely choose Nicole's place if we return to the Norwich area!
