This cottage style home was built in 1880 and is one of the oldest houses in Eureka Springs. It is nestled near a creek that runs year round and provides a beautiful setting and soothing sound. It is in town and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars, and yet it is very private with no neighbors in sight.
