We welcome you to our little farm! Come enjoy a peaceful getaway out in the country, yet close enough to town to enjoy the best of both worlds. Appreciate the charm of a 19th century farmhouse with large windowsills, good old stone work, and unique features. Get a taste of the farm life through meeting the sheep, goats, horses, chickens and 3 dogs who roam freely outside. Phoebe is our golden doodle, Obi, is our white Standard poodle, and Riley, is our big ole Bernise Mountain dog.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property! Walk or ride your bike 1 block and your on the beautiful scenic RAIL-TRAIL with easy access to Ephrata, Akron and Lititz! FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!
