Lovely, sunny double room in friendly family home

A good sized, bright and comfortable double bedroom in our North London family home, perfect for exploring the capital. We also have a single room for a third guest for an extra charge (it’s automatically calculated). Quiet, residential area with good amenities and excellent links. 10 minute walk to underground line with trains to central London in 30 minutes / Heathrow in 80 minutes. Good travel links to all other London airports. Please note there may be a dog in the house during your stay!

A beautiful retreat in the grounds of a historic manor house, minutes from Hampton Court Palace, the River Thames and excellent transport links into central London. Quillets lodge combines the character and tranquillity of its historic setting with the convenience of modern living. The separate bedroom offers a luxurious double bed with French doors opening directly onto a private deck overlooking the garden. Guests also have use of a charming courtyard garden with comfortable seating.

Our guests love the room as it is cheerful and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish. You will love our 20 year old cat Joey!

Beautiful room with private entrance in s/c annex

This is a small self contained ground-floor annex with its own entrance. There is a spacious light-filled sitting/bedroom and bathroom and a private front door, also a mini-fridge with tea and coffee making facilities and microwave in your hallway area. The flatlet is an independent and separate part of our family home. The king-sized bed is extremely comfortable there's a handy desk area, stylish wardrobe and relaxing seating. We're very friendly but offer complete privacy.

Lovely room in historic Walthamstow Village

I am offering a charming room on the ground floor of my home in the heart of the Walthamstow Village. There are two comfortable sofa beds, a small double (125 cm) and small single (82cm). There is a wet room with shower for your exclusive use. Three women share the house. We are all friendly and generally quiet. We are very close to historic buildings, the local history museum, restaurants and pubs, and the trendy Ravenswood Estate for drinking and entertainment.

The bed is from the now-closed Holloway Prison and is part of an installation ‘Her Bed’. The house is a quirky, creative space, partially a working studio. We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre.
