Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The unit is part of a two family duplex house. You and your family will have the entire unit to yourselves. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. The living room has a TV, fireplace, and Netflix. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.

The Little Red Schoolhouse ~ Circa 1877

This wonderful old building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and operated as the District 9 schoolhouse until 1948. Now, this beautiful piece of history is available for you to enjoy! Located in the picturesque West Granby, Connecticut, this little schoolhouse directly abuts hundreds of acres of open space, Granby Land Trust property, and several organic farms.
