It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.
