Cozy apartment remodeled in the colonial quarter of Quito, located on the third floor, a loft with a spectacular panoramic view of the Historic Center. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with filtered water and essential implements to meet our guests' needs. The comfortable facilities provide good relaxation. We have Wifi 620Mbps a 1.05Gbps, a telephone line, a television with Netflix, and heaters for the shower and kitchen sinks.

Perfecto departamento para tres personas en el centro de Quito. Esta muy bien conectado con el sistema de transporte público, a tres cuadras de la estación del metro. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para largas y cortas estancias. Se encuentra en el tercer piso. Es totalmente independiente. No contamos con ascensor, si tienen problemas subiendo gradas, no es conveniente, no hay garaje. El ingreso al departamento es Máximo hasta 21:00, no más tarde.
