The house is situated between two picturesque villages of Batheaston and Bathford on the eastern outskirts of Bath. It is in the perfect location to explore the stunning City of Bath. And enjoy wonderful local walks in the surrounding countryside which is within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bath is only a 10-15min drive. City Hideaway with hot tub (No group parties)

We self built the Little Trooper in 2017 with the intention of achieving a unique, fun and comfortable oasis hid away up a private road in the middle of the City giving a holiday feel to escape the fast pace of City life. The house has 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 adults and 3 children and is intended to cater for large families visiting our beautiful city. I think the pictures say it all really and as you will see the house is kitted out with all the extras and luxuries to please everyone.

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
