Unique Ground floor one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the Mt. Hope Neighborhood on the East Side. Near bus line (r), Easy to Amtrak Train station. One mile from RISD & Brown front gates, Fully furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser as well as a pull-out couch. Kitchen is fully functional and also furnished. Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.

Perfect hub location for families visiting New England colleges and universities. My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.
