This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Short distance to Air Museum and Elvington Airfield (parking for York University open days). Elvington has a shop, pub and gastro pub in neighbouring village. PLEASE NOTE long, dark, uneven path to access cottage, not suitable for elderly/mobility issues.

Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
