The place was just as described and very clean. It is a basement unit apartment so if you have issues with stairs this would be a bit of a challenge. Overall it was a wonderful and served me well!

Instructions were clear and the BnB was very well cooled. The entire unit was clean and well maintained, and laundry downstairs was convenient

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

We stayed here while we were attending a conference at the convention center and it was a great location! The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy walk to the conference and also to good local restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Simon elevates hosting to a whole new level and provides a tough act to follow. He pays attention to detail and has carefully considered and included all the things that will make you feel both welcomed and comfortable. The home is spotless, very modern and tastefully decorated. The linens are of a great quality and the beds are super comfortable. The master shower is wonderful, and Simon has so thoughtfully provided amenities in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The location of the home is great in a quiet neighborhood with parking spaces provided. The home has lovely natural light and even great views out of the windows. Both Simon and his home is a standout and so far, my best experience with Airbnb to date. Simon goes above and beyond to make your stay a luxurious one and by that, he makes it hard to leave but easy to want to return to.

The condo was very clean with beautiful windows that allowed a lot of sunshine. The check in and out process was simple and the parking is easy and free. The location is good for connections to bus, train, and easy access to highway systems if you have a car. The towels, sheets, dishes, etc, were of excellent quality . The communication was excellent.

What a fantastic spot in a great area. Kevin couldn't have been a better host, so good on communication. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, very spacious with every amenity provided. The area of Allston is beautiful, clean and safe, two big grocery shops close by, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants close aswell. Train station is only 10 minute walk, make sure and check the times of these as not as frequent as the T as this is a commuter rail. There are plenty of bus options aswell that will get you to downtown. All in all one of the nicest places I've stayed and really made our trip to Boston perfect 👌. Thanks for everything Kevin.

The Landing was perfect for our weekend getaway. We stayed during the quiet season and felt like we were the only ones around. The house is designed to maximize the view of the water from where ever you are. Our weather was rainy and cold but we stayed cozy and warm by the fire. Being able to bring our older dog was a plus. With clear instructions and everything we needed in the house, we did not have to reach out to John much, but when we did, he was prompt and helpful. We would definitely rent again!

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

We had an awesome stay. The entertainment center in the basement complete with an air hockey table / table tennis, arcade and massage chair were hits for adults and kids alike!

We had a great time!!! Perfect for a nice relaxing girls weekend.

Ana’s place was perfect for our long weekend girl’s trip. The kitchen, grill, and outdoor seating were great for a cookout. We loved walking and biking to Morning Glory Farm for coffee, breakfast, and produce for our day!

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

Maura and Michael’s home was perfect for my family of 5. We were in town for a long weekend. The home was clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. The location is great. Walkable to a few places including Brooks park. It is a quick 5 min ride to downtown Harwichport and the beach. Maura was easily available and flexible when we wanted to extend our stay for a night.

Great stay at Haven of Peace right by the water. Home was clean and comfortable for the family. Great location not far from TF Green Airport. Would recommend this time and time again!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Everything was great! The one issue for some might be the distance from the location you get the key to the location of your front door. It is a bit of a walk. It did not bother my family at all, but if you are not very mobile I could see it being an issue. --- But the location and the room were outstanding. I have not complaints and I am very happy with trip. I will stay again in the future!

We had a great week thank you John. The location is perfect and very central. Very quiet and the house is tastefully decorated. We loved the fire and comfy sofas. It was off season but plenty of things open and wonderful beach walks. Definitely visit Tim’s bookshop, Kohi’s coffee and Mac’s fish market for fresh fish and lobsters. We are out at The Canteen and Finizzi’s both were excellent. If we visit PTown again we’ll be back to stay here. Highly recommended.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Very, very excellent. We had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect for us the chill and relax. Also, a very short walk to Commercial St. Shops and restaurants. It made our 10 wedding anniversary very special. Your place felt like home.. Thank you once again.

Great place in Boston! I came for my graduation and my family and I had plenty of room and loved the place. Daryl was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!
