Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

In town for the Military Bowl and location was perfect. Loved the yard and would love to visit in the warmer months! Yarrow was excellent and had great recommendations! Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Gale was gracious and patient. The place was just perfect for our needs. We loved the breakfast nook. The driveway we missed when we arrived but luckily she explained how to turn in and we were able to find it. The backyard was private and had lots of greenery. You did not feel like you were in the middle of a city.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Monica was an incredible host! Not only did she make me and my husband feel at home, but she also made our dog feel like a queen. The location was perfect and close to many attractions and restaurants. And free street parking was easy to find. Monica was responsive and extremely courteous. If we are in the area again, we would definitely book with them.

David’s Music Spot was Awesome! The place was spacious with 2 beds, a nice living room with TV, Kitchen, Restroom, and Cool Art Work for a great ambiance! The location was perfect, near the Atlas District on H Street with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Whether you’re using public transportation or driving, it’s a great staging area to tackle all of your DC destinations. The parking on the street was super easy and always available no matter what time of day! David was super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the Music Room to anyone! Loved This Place! Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

I frequently stay in the area and this was among the best spots I’ve visited. Super view and convenient to restaurants, grocery, and transportation. The host’s description of the apartment and the instructions provided were both accurate. I highly recommend this location.

Paid extra so we wouldn't have to use street parking, the spaces are tight fit but well worth it. Greg was very responsive and we had what we needed. Make sure to pack grippy socks, the hardwood floors are beautiful but very slick to walk on. It is also listed for 6 people, and I feel like 4 is perfect, the living room is just a tight fit for a pull out couch. Our overall stay was good, clean and had all the things we needed. he also had great communication with little things so you didn't have to message him for small things. Nice guy, and would recommend staying here.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!
