Lovely place to stay, very dog friendly, ideal to get over to Dundee, St Andrews, good walks,

we thourly enjoyed our stay here, views are brilliant, well layed out ,clean and spacious for a party of 12. suited our needs. louise was a great host, quick replies to everything you asked explained everything and very accomadating. very straightforward on arrival. wld definitely go back.

Loved it, did not want to leave. We were made welcome by Hazel and Don And even there neighbours And not forgetting wee Douglas, Hazel and Don’s Wee dog 🥰🥰🥰

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

This was our second stay at the Lodge and everything was as good the second time around. A lovely setting, with views across to the sea, loads of space inside the property (which is very comfortable and well-presented) and great facilities too. It offers peace and quiet but is also just a short walk or drive from Carnoustie with its beach, shops, restaurants and (if you are travelling with kids) a great adventure playground. Brian and Matt were great hosts (again). We hope to be back again before long!

We’ve recently returned from a 3 night stay at Pauline’s beautiful house in Monifieth. The property is stunning with everything you could possibly need. All the bedrooms were spacious and the open plan living/dining area was perfect. The garden and patio area was great, we spent hours sitting in the sunshine. The location was perfect for us too. Pauline was an exceptional host - friendly, proactive, helpful and made our stay absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning in the near future x

What a fab place. Very easy to walk into Carnoustie, either along the beach or via the flat path into town. The house was very clean and tidy. It was wonderful to wake up each morning and watch the sea from the large windows. Highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus :) die Ausstattung war super, es war makellos sauber und die Lage war sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick war wunderbar. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man auf die guten Anweisungen der Gastgeber hören, da das Navi uns falsch geführt hätte ;)

Wilma's place was a perfect overnight stop for the 4 of us walking the Fife coast path. Wilma was extremely friendly and helpful, very responsive to questions. She really went above and beyond for us, getting us a BBQ (for the ridiculously unseasonably hot April weather) and delivering our bags to our destination. It really made a difference to our final day. The village Spar shop and butcher are both excellent and the house is barely 2 minutes off the coastal path route. Can highly recommend. Thanks Wilma!

Emma est une hôte accueillante, qui propose un studio soigneusement décoré, propre et très confortable. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour quelques jours est à disposition. Plusieurs recommandations aux alentours sont proposées. Les petits cookies maison étaient excellents merci !!

Marie’s flat is a fantastic place to stay for a visit to Perth! Convenient and centrally located yet quiet with private parking it offers everything you need for a short stay, The standard of the flat is excellent and it is spotlessly clean. Thank you so very much Marie!

The rooftop apartment did not disappoint. My husband had rented it before but this was my first time. Watch out for the seagulls on the roof and bring your earplugs for the morning hours. Regardless, a lovely place to stay!

Our second stay in the Boot Room did not disappoint! An easy 5 minute walk to the center of town, having our home base at the Boot Room made for a very enjoyable stay. Easy car parking and plenty of space to relax after exploring St Andrews and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend!

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photos really don't do the property justice; so light and airy yet still comfortable. Bags and bags of character; all furnished to a very high standard. Lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts, like phone chargers and adaptors in all the rooms in case you have forgotten anything, and a stash of Tunnocks Teacakes by the kettle! We booked the property as we were visiting St Andrews for a family wedding and needed a four bedroom property, but this would very comfortably accommodate eight adults. Now looking for another reason to visit St Andrews just so we can re-book. Amazing.

Had a warm welcome from Zoe. The loft wad clean and very dog friendly. Nice secure courtyard we took our puppies with us. The stairs to the loft are a wee steep. we only stayed overnight. will return if passing that way again.

The apartment is amazing , very clean and spacious with plenty room for 6 people and parking was easy even with 3 cars. It was great having two balconies with such nice views where we could sit out and relax. The kitchen was the best equipped we have stayed in, as was the rest of the apartment, Alex has thought of everything you could possibly need. Alex was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Hope to be back sometime and would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Lovely stay! I was up here for work, and the property was perfect—clean, well-equipped, warm, and with very comfortable beds. Made the trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem! A stunning location with epic sunsets and gorgeous lights from Dundee. The amenities were just as pictured and the gardens a delightful bonus. We wish we were there for a longer stay. Anne and Gus sent great directions and suggestions for our stay. We hope to return for a longer stay! A great value.

We had a wonderful stay apartment private and very cozy ,attention to detail everywhere I couldn’t fault anything as it was well equipped with all you need and walking distance to town about 15 minutes or taxi ride which costs about £5 not too bad . We had a lovely break away and Bartek was very easy to contact when needed . I would highly recommend this apartment .

Another perfect stay at Harbour Haven. The large dining kitchen gives us somewhere to sit in the morning if the sofa bed in the living room is still occupied. The master bedroom is incredibly spacious with a generous four-poster. The flat has recently been renovated, though it was already in great condition. As always, the standout is the location. It’s perfectly situated between the high street and the promenade and the living room boasts the most glorious view of the harbour and the sea beyond. This is our third stay at Harbour Haven and we couldn’t recommend it strongly enough. The hosts are always so responsive, approachable and friendly.

Will definitely be back. Very high standard apartment with quality fixtures, fittings and amenities rarely seen in rental/holiday homes. Everything worked and was spotless. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed. The location is great. Very walkable into town in less than 10 minutes with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Carolyn was a fantastic host. Flexible and very responsive with communications.

Fantastic little space, beautifully arranged with an eclectic mix of tasteful decor and comfortable furniture. Perfectly located in a quiet cut through between main streets. Loads of helpful instructions and stylish facilties made our stay very pleasant and easy. Even a courtyard garden to call our own!

We stayed here over Easter 2 adults, 2 children & a small dog, it’s a gorgeous flat, kept so clean and decor was lovely!! Hosts were available on messages if needed and local area was lovely to wander about! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
