Welcome to The Coastal Quad, New Jersey’s first pocket resort! You will be booking a stay in one of four luxurious, 1BR tiny cottage suites, so each visit is a new adventure! You will enjoy your own private hot tub, fire pit, grill, fenced-in yard, and access to a shared rooftop mini golf course, retro arcade, full gym with sauna, office, laundry facility and more. Located just steps from a quiet bay beach and a short drive to Cape May and Wildwood, this is the most exciting resort at the shore!

The Captain's Quarters

The Captain’s Quarters is a charming two-story retreat on the Delaware Bay. Mornings begin with coffee at the cozy kitchen bar and evenings end with sunsets on the breezy sleeping porch. Two bedrooms promise restful nights. The first floor offers extra sleeping space, a full kitchen (tabletop oven upon request), and a walk-in shower. Spend your days fishing from the shore or strolling the beach at sunset—this bayside haven blends romance, family comfort, and the timeless rhythm of the tide.

Escape to a Fortescue hidden gem! This bayfront retreat offers, stunning sunset views, fresh sea breezes, and cozy, coastal vibes, perfect for fishing, crabbing, birdwatching, or simply relaxing on the water. With an expansive deck and bulkhead located directly on the Delaware Bay with beachfront access, this charming home blends comfort with rustic beach town charm. A true South Jersey getaway. Generally 2 night minimum, message for 1 night stay if available we will try to accommodate.

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Baybreeze Bungalow Luxury Couple’s Retreat

Baybreeze bungalow by the bay, is just blocks from the beautiful Cape May sunsets and the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. The entire bungalow is your home during your stay. It is a short walking distance to the beach and a close drive or bike-ride to the center of Cape May. This lux bungalow sleeps 2 comfortably and is great for adult getaways. All amenities for a great, worry-free, and relaxed stay are provided for you. We do not allow dogs/pets in the bungalow. There will be a $100 penalty.

One of the 4 bedrooms and the 1/2 bath is in the 2 story guest house.

This little cabin like home is perfect, if your'e looking to escape from your everyday life. Its like being on a far away island but in southern Jersey. You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. A fishermans' dream!!! Dont forget your camera for the sunsets, bald eagles, indian artifacts and amazing porch views for the ultimate relaxation

Recently refreshed throughout, the home blends its 1860s character with thoughtful modern updates, including a brand new kitchen, all new operable windows with screens, updated baths, and custom window treatments throughout.
