Our 3 night stay here was great. Perfect location, supermarket close by and could walk to any attraction easily. Very comfortable and the wine, biscuits and other provisions were much appreciated.

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

it was our first time to visit York ans we had a wonderful stay at Mark and Donna's place!! The apartment had everything we needed — it was well-equipped, cozy, and felt very safe. They provided a handbook with instructions and recommendations. The location was perfect with easy access to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We were particularly impressed at your thoughtfulness in leaving a welcome basket. Apart from the initial slight difficulty in access at the gate, once we had the fob, all was well. The showers were really good with a strong flow of water. Also, we were lovely and warm. The private parking was very useful. The flat is situated near the station, restaurants and takeaways and with easy access to the city centre. We would love to stay again should we return to York.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment located in a nice area in the city centre, it was very easy to walk to most restaurants and shops and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Leeds!

Great apartment. Clean, functional and a homely feeling. Beds very comfortable and the location was very quiet. The hosts thought of everything and, as a bonus, left one of the most useful property documents we've seen, it helped us planned our visit to York and contained all the information we needed. Would love to get back soon.

What a wonderful stay we had, from booking to arrival, departure and aftercare the hosts were amazing. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and a fab location for us and great local food establishments nearby. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled a long way and were delayed a few times but the hosts were flexible and patient on waiting for us. I also left a couple of items in the house and they very kindly posted them back to me. I can't recommend this place and the hosts enough. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

What can I say…. Other than what a beautiful lovely little gem of a place this is to stay at. It was exactly what we needed for the situation we were in. Everything was beautifully presented and perfectly fitting for a quiet little retreat. The surrounding area is gorgeous and the place itself so quiet and tranquil. I can’t thank the hosts anymore for providing such a great little place to stay, and at a fantastic value for money!

I had a fantastic stay at this new-build property. Accessing the keys was straightforward, making check-in hassle-free. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent, with a modern shower that worked perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and each of the three single beds was equipped with two towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The heating was great, ensuring the house stayed cosy throughout my stay. Parking right outside the property was incredibly convenient. Prince, the host, was easily contactable and very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic time at Steven and Jen's place. It was incredibly spacious and in a great location close to the town centre. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Richard’s place was perfect, very peaceful. Very well equipped and thought out. Will definitely come back when visiting family in Leeds.

Great studio for a short stay, central location, everything clean and exactly like the pictures, good amenities. Would come back!

Pretty neighbourhood, close to parks and shops and central York, and very walkable. The flat was clean and tidy and very comfortable. There were instructions in the flat for WiFi and heating, which Vic had already sent us, it was private and quiet.

Our girls weekend was only made better by our stay. The apartment was in the heart of Leeds city centre which is full of great restaurants and shopping. Jonathon was a great host and so helpful - always on hand if needed. Would definitely stay here again.
