Dominicus: aluguel por temporada com área externa

Tolles Haus, mega freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. So wie beschrieben, eventuell noch ein wenig besser. Sichere Gegend, sehr sauber!

La casa en la caleta (la romana) es exactamente a las fotos publicadas, cuenta con una piscina muy bien mantenida y su jacuzzi, la casa queda en conjunto cerrado lo que nos da seguridad. Buen alojamiento para ir a bayahibe y disfrutar de isla Saona a solo 20 minutos en carro.

Wir durften 6 Wochen in dieser sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnung verbringen 😊 Der persönliche Empfang von Carmen und Juan, die zahlreichen guten Freizeit Tipps und die zuverlässige Kommunikation während des ganzen Urlaubs haben uns sehr gefallen. Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, fehlt es hier an nichts. Haus, Garten und Pool mit Rundum Service ! 6 Wochen und doch zu kurz😟 Wir haben gleich wieder für die nächste "Winterflucht aus Deutschland" gebucht und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen !!!! 😘😘 Thomas und Ute

This home was just like the pictures. Comfortable, beautiful and had everything you could need away from home. The extra games and pool toys were a huge bonus due to traveling with my 1 and 4 yr old. There were enough towels and linens. The washer and dryer made coming home with clean clothes a plus! The pool and amenities were great. This is a perfect home for a family! One con was trying to locate the home. The streets do not have names and even security was a little stumped on how to locate the exact unit. Getting to the location was a breeze, but finding the correct unit once there was a bit tricky. However, the host was responsive, and guided us to the home. There were small mini markets close by but we went to La Romana ( a city about 30 minutes away) to go to Jumbo ( similar to a small Walmart) to get our food and essentials since we were visiting family there anyway. Overall great stay and we will be back!! You will need a car to get around but beaches and activities are close!

We had a fantastic stay here!! It was well-stocked with everything we needed and the house felt big enough for all of us. The beach is so close but we also really enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

I want to start by highlighting abel our host he was amazing costumer service was top notch very responsive and always available the home it self was great just as in the picture we felt right at home lets just say that i will definetly be staying here again in the near future so if youre looking for a great home with great location and cozy this is the place to book

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Casa de Campo! The location was absolutely perfect close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was super comfortable, spacious, and well-kept, making it easy to settle in and enjoy. Communication throughout the entire stay was smooth and easy, thanks to Gizelle’s attentiveness. One of the highlights was the incredible chef that Gisselle arranged for us, every meal was delicious and truly elevated our experience. We enjoyed every moment and would 100% stay here again!

This is my favorite place I have stood in. I will recommend this to all my friends and I will travel again and stay at this location. Everything was perfect.

Pasamos un buen momento en el alojamiento. Se trata de dos estudios, que funcionan perfectamente de manera independiente (ambos con su baño, balcón y cocina) que se comunican con una puerta. Los balcones dan a la parte trasera, pero a mi me gustó porque hay un gran árbol que aporta mucha privacidad y es muy tranquilo para leer. Cristina fue muy amable y las instrucciones fueron claras y detalladas. El lugar es ideal para niños, con un parque acuático que abre los fines de semana en horario de 11:00 am a 1: pm y de 3:00 pm a 5:00 pm. Solo recomendaría tener cuidado con las baldosas del piso del baño, que son muy lisas y nuestra hija resbaló.

Poczuliśmy się tak jak w domu ! Ładny czysty nowoczesny apartament , łóżko bardzo wygodne nie chciało się wstawać rano , komunikacja z właścicielem super bardzo pomocna. Czuliśmy się tam bezpiecznie . Naprawdę warte ceny, prywatny basen chronione osiedle do wszystkiego blisko plaża sklepy restauracje i spokój

Estuvimos 3 noches alojados en el apartamento de Arturo. Es un lugar amplio y muy bello. Quedamos enamorados con su patio y la gran vista. Se encuentra ubicado a poca distancia de la playa Dominicus. Tanto Arturo como su madre nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos, ellos son muy buenas personas que facilitarán todo lo que esté a su alcance para que tus vacaciones sean perfectas. En nuestro regreso a Dominicus no dudaremos en quedarnos nuevamente en el apartamento de Arturo. Muchas gracias por todo.

El apto es acogedor, muy limpio, lindo, un primer piso, puedes caminar en la naturaleza. Me encantó. Esta cerca de Altos de Chavón, por lo que puedes disfrutar de los restaurantes que están en la zona, al igual un mercadito. Lo recomiendo 100%.

El apartamento es impecable, tal cual a las imágenes. Posee todo lo necesario para garantizar una confortable y segura estadia. Con su anfitrión Piotr estuvimos en contacto antes y durante la misma, respondiendo a cada inquietud o solicitud siendo muy preciso y amable en sus recomendaciones. Tuvimos una excelente experiencia con muchas ansias de volver a visitar el complejo y su ubicación, siendo Dominicus un lugar paradisíaco. Solo quedan palabras de agradecimiento para Piotr y para sus contactos que nos ofrecieron con profesionalismo y cordialidad las gestiones que necesitamos.

This place is wonderful if you’re looking to get away for the city and the noise. It is very calm and tranquil. The beach is around a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend to bring water shoes if you’re going in the water because there are many rocks in the beach. Also, the place is still under construction so look out for noise during the day. I would love to come back once the residential y fully done. I had a great time and definitely was free of stress during my stay. The host is very responsive to all messages.

Me encanto mucho el lugar todo limpio adecuado, tranquilo, esta cerca de restaurantes, tiendas todo muy cerca la atencion muy buena y la anfitriona estuvo al pendiente de mi todo el tiempo con recomendaciones muy buenas. Fueron unas excelentes vacaciones en un lugar encantador volvere pronto

The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay—a fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers, pots, pans, and even a blender, which I used often to make smoothies from the fresh fruit sold just outside the resort twice a week. Everything was clean, functional, and made us feel right at home. Internet is very fast. Air conditioners working very well. Outside, Cadaqués is just stunning. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. You can even buy freshly caught fish right on the beach every day, which made for some amazing meals. Giovanni and Katia were amazing hosts. They responded quickly to any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local groceries and restaurants. They made us feel less like guests and more like family friends staying in their home.

Die Wohnung von Cristina war einfach toll. Sie war großzügig, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen, kleinen Details wie z. B. ausreichend Küchenutensilien, Duschgel, Handseife, genügend Hand- und Strandtücher und vieles mehr. Das Apartment war außerdem liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlte sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Wohn-Anlage war einzigartig. Wunderschön angelegt mit viel Grün, herrlichen Pools, sehr gepflegt, sicher und ruhig. In wenigen Gehminuten konnte man Restaurants, Cafés und Minimärkte erreichen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Wenn wir wieder nach Dominicus reisen, werden wir definitiv die Wohnung von Cristina erneut buchen.

Place was great location for my taste not so good at night on weekends music is very loud so if you are a light sleeper like me this will be very inconvenient because you won’t be able to sleep on weekends due to all the festivities going on at Altos de Chavon. But if that’s something your okay with place is great really love it.

Draper's place is in a great location with all you need from an apartment. The well equipped kitchen meant that we could prepare breakfast and lunch easily which worked with our diving schedule. The apartment was really comfortable with friendly and helpful neighbours too. I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back. Thank you Draper. The apartment and the Bayahibe experience made it one of our best ever holidays!!! Hope to come back to DR soon.

El apartamento es muy limpio, organizado y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Es uno de los mejores apartamentos del lugar. El complejo es tranquilo, privado, con una de las mejores playas de la zona. Aleida es genial, amigable, respondía súper rápido, proporcionó oportunamente todas las informaciones para el acceso al complejo y al apartamento.

Such a beautiful place with all the needed amenities for cooking/eating. The host was kind and helpful. There were vintage arcade games as well as a pool table and cutely decorated rooftop terrace. The whole vibe there was boho chic and so relaxing. The security helped me with my bags when arriving/leaving. Tips are encouraged & helpful to them. There is a clicker for the gate once you get in the apartment. When you 1st arrive just stop at the entrance & scream “watchiman” and they will come. I felt safe and if you don’t have a car there are stores/restaurants/beach in walking distance. They also have delivery service cards to local places to get food/drinks/snacks. I was able to wash all my clothes since this was my last Airbnb of my trip. I LOVED this place. I would most def return again.
