With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. A massive live-in kitchen, combining a lounge and dinning area, plus double sofa bed.

The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

Rather than charge a flat rate for the house we charge per bedroom, this is to keep costs down for guests that don’t need all 4 beds. Beds are allocated depending on the number of guests you book. If you book for 1 or 2 guests you’ll get one bed. Book for 3 or 4 guests you’ll get 2 beds Book for 5 or 6 guests 3 beds & so on.
