A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

This cabin was everything we wanted and more! It’s in the perfect location, just a short drive to so many activities but also tucked away offering privacy. The house was so cozy it put us at ease as soon as we walked in. The owner was proactive and very quick to respond, including sending a great packing and local activity list a couple days in advance of our trip which came in very handy. Activities: This rental comes with guest passes to the private Shark Tooth Beach where our kids had so much fun finding real shark and manta ray teeth in the sand! Westmorland State Park and George Washington’s Birthplace both had great hiking and beaches for the kids. We visited Garners Produce twice where the kids fed animals and pedaled toy tractor’s while we picked up farm fresh milk and eggs. We spent our afternoons kayaking on the quiet lake soaking up the sunshine. We will definitely book another vacation at this cabin. You will not be disappointed with your stay at this little gem!

Lovely spot, well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacay. Super clean and organized. Comfy beds, awesome backyard, bikes and kayaks to borrow. We had a great stay!

Really nice quiet place on the James River. Kitchen and living room/breakfast area served our family really well. The house is close to the Jamestown ferry which allowed us easy access to the historical sights of Jamestown, Williamsburg and Yorktown and some great restaurants in Williamsburg. A great place.

we had an excellent time at the little grey house. its cute and comfy and the view is to die for. please do yourselves a favor and watch the sunrise at least once its beautiful. theres not much on the island itself for food but there are plenty of places to find good food near by. I highly recommend the pizza at southwind pizza. was really good. I promise you will enjoy your stay at. Will hopefully beable to book again next time were down in the area!

The house is a perfect location for visiting all the historical landmarks in the area. We enjoy having our morning coffee out on the back deck. The kitchen had everything you could need and more in a vacation rental. I would much rather have a smaller kitchen and not have to buy any cooking gear while on vacation. It even had a crockpot. We would highly recommend this place to any one looking to stay in the Williamsburg area.

Check-in was smooth. Deluxe 2 bedroom was very nice and large enough for my entire party. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the resort amenities - but had a lovely stay. Would stay again.
