Wow just wow! Joy of Life villa is a pristine hillside hideaway with stunning views of Coral Bay, the East End, and the BVI. We spent a week beach hopping during the day and relaxing at the villa in the evenings (very comfortable bed), where we had everything we could possibly need. We cooked breakfast daily and dinner every evening but one. Coffee on the patio was the best way to start our day, and the nook overlooking the beautiful garden towards Norman Island is absolutely magical. We brought our own snorkeling gear but there was some available, along with beach chairs and coolers. Jason and Shelly were super helpful co-hosts, meeting us at the Coral Bay welcome sign and helping us navigate the way up the hill to the villa. Our stay at Sailfish was perfect for just the two of us. Bright and clean, nice towels and just enough cooking utensils provided in the small kitchen to make a few easy meals. Beautiful view, and yes, you'll see turtles and also pelicans swooping by the balcony. Our host was there to greet us and gave us a property tour. You'll see other's comment about the steps. It is the nature of this rocky hillside island. Driveway is very steep, 50+ steps down to unit, and 50+ steps down to water's edge. Under 5 minute drive we found the Old Stone Farmhouse, Root42 and Northside Grind coffee shop. Overall, if you're looking for peace and quiet with a gorgeous view and can endure the many steps, it's a perfect hideaway.

Salty Sway Villa #1 is a beautiful home. It’s beachside and the views are amazing. Leah responded quickly to my texts and to address our concerns. The island had a power outage and she was able to assist us quickly when the generator didn’t kick in. The island and the beaches are just beautiful. We definitely will return.

Heather was easy to work with. She responded quickly when we needed anything. They live on the property and you have access to them at all times. The kids are active on the level above the bedrooms but we left early everyday so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We used the house as a home base because we were gone from sunrise to sunset most days. It has a beautiful view from the deck. They do a great job providing all the necessities that you need in the house like laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and even sunblock/bug spray. The roads in the area are bumpy and you need a lot of concentration especially at night . Definitely need an all wheel drive/ 4*4 suv or jeep.

Turtle's Nest was the perfect place for two! It is outside the crowded area of Cruz Bay, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and beaches in that area. The studio was absolutely perfect, quiet, clean, cozy, comfortable and unique... private views of the pond, the beautiful landscape, and the critters. Iguanas made an appearance and the owners' dog and kitties were very welcoming! We LOVED the outside shower! It was a treat having access to the paddle boards. I took one out several times, paddling around the pond and into the bay. It was a short and easy creek walk to Chocolate Bay, where I was able to explore the clear waters and even took my goggles to enjoy the reef views from the board! Ask Jen how to walk to Hart Bay, a secluded rocky coral beach to explore! Some of our favorites were Salt Pond Beach, Ram's Head, Maho Bay, Beach Bar, Sam & Jacks Deli, Windmill Bar, Skinny Legs. Jen and Ryan were very friendly and so helpful throughout the trip. We will definitely be back!

Amy’s place was clean and comfortable. The pullout couch was a full size for our friend who stayed 4 nights out of our 8 night trip. It was a little short in length and would be fine for children, but not for anyone tall. The air mattress in the closet was only a twin so she opted for the pullout. We have stayed at sapphire for the last 4 years. It was nice to have the two level condo this year and especially nice to have laundry in the unit. The assistant Staisha was very communicative and had quick response times for the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Samantha’s condo was perfect! It matched the description and photos exactly! She was extremely responsive and made us feel right at home! We look forward to coming back!

The location was pristine, with great amenities and facilities. Room was great and comfortable. There were some issues with balcony door lock and water leakage issue, but its not the host's fault- escalated to the resort management and was handled by them. The resort beach was decent sized and clean- some seaweeds, but thats just typical season. Some nice restaurants nearby. Resort restaurants were delicious but a bit pricey, we mostly dined outside. Pool was clean. Free parking is a huge plus. Overall, great stay at appropriate rate.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. On top of that, it was well stocked with kitchen items and basics, beach chairs (you can get free ones from the attendant on Sapphire) to take to all the beaches, floats, snorkels, beach towels, lanterns for power outages, paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, body wash…..My kids didn’t complain about the pull out couch, sometimes they can be iffy, but all good! Our bed was super comfortable. Pillows are firm. The view of the marina was wonderful. They are doing a bit of construction on the building next to it, which made it loud on the balconies, but the inside was absolutely 100% quiet!! We never heard our neighbors or the roosters from inside. It’s easy to grab food at Sapphire and get cabs. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We will be back for sure.
