I like to brag that this is the cutest studio apartment in the city. It's in a brick Arts & Crafts apartment building built in 1915 and retains a lot of its original architectural features. It's furnished with an eclectic mix of antiques & modern pieces, decorated with original & vintage artwork, & stocked with vintage dishes and silverware. If you like drinking from a Ball jar, this is the place for you! It's furnished for comfort and privacy. It's high ceiling and windows give it character.

After free parking right outside of your door, you won't need a car for your entire stay! There are over a dozen unique restaurants within a five-minute walk. It is about 15-20 minutes to Downtown or Carmel areas and there are lovely lounges and restaurants walking and a 5 minute drive. Please note this is a vintage mid-century modern house built in 1950. If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.
