The Snug is self-contained, connected to our family home & 7-10 minutes walk to the beautiful Market Square with plentiful pubs, eateries, & twice weekly market. Our aim is to provide quality, homely, affordable accommodation & base to explore from. Styled on a hotel room suite, rather than self catering, The Snug has 2 “off road” private parking spaces, King Size bed, separate sofa bed sitting area, mini fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & fresh milk, & large shower / bathroom. But no cooking.

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Our luxurious shepherd hut (with private hot tub) is set in a peaceful location on a quiet arable farm in Suffolk. Our amazing hut features a cosy double bed, gorgeous ensuite shower with loo and basin, a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, microwave and fridge, a sofa, flatscreen tv, dedicated WiFi, electric fire and a brand new 5 berth hot tub. We are just 10 mins drive from Eye, 20 mins from Framingham and 40 mins from the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.
