This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance and car parking space by your front door ! Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop. Tideswell 0.6 miles away has many eateries. Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The Old Piggery, Tideswell

This cosy converted barn is set in the countryside on the fringes of an historic village in the centre of the Peak District National Park. With an abundance of country walks and trails right from the door, including the Limestone Way and the Pennine Bridleway, it is ideal for walkers, cyclists or couples just seeking a quiet retreat. Just a 5-minute stroll into the thriving village of Tideswell, home to 'the Cathedral of the Peak', with traditional pubs, restaurants, cafes and local shops.

A truly delightful, mid terraced, natural stone-built cottage in the picturesque village of Great Longstone in the Peak District. Coachmans Hideaway Cressbrook An annex, in an idyllic setting as one of three properties within the grounds of Cressbrook Hall offering stunning views from the garden and woodland of the Wye Valley. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District with walks from the doorstep including Cressbrook Dale. The accommodation includes a mini fully equipped kitchen area, perfect for making breakfast in bed. The Coachman’s Hideaway is a room in our home but with its own entrance.

Chert Cottage, Great Longstone, Bakewell Peak Dist

Chert Cottage is a delightful and private two bedroomed detached cottage in the centre of Great Longstone. The cottage sits off the road with its own drive, great gardens and private patio, along with ample private parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. All of this in the wonderfully picturesque Peak District village of Great Longstone, just minutes from the Monsal trail and Chatsworth House. Bakewell is also close by, along with lots of walking opportunities.
