We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

A cottage built in 1870, with use of extensive gardens, in the courtyard of a medieval Manor House, having beautiful views over the open countryside. The rooms are sunny and airy, with your comfort in mind. Featuring a kingsize bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Logs and a log burner are there for you to get cosy. Pleasant walks begin from the doorstep with maps provided. Peaceful but close to the M42 and rail networks.

We are a short walk from the central campus of Warwick University and only 3 miles from the centre of Coventry and train station. There are also many other towns within easy reach such as Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and Birmingham.
