Situated within Watertop Farm, a live working sheep farm. Watertop farm also hosts a 4 star camping and touring caravan site. The unique landscape and geology at Watertop farm ranks it number 14 of the top 100 geological sites in UK. Access to our privately owned marina and slipway across the road from the cottage can be organised by prior arrangement for those wishing to bring their boat or fish from the jetties.

The Hayloft has a very rural location, there is a pub 5 minutes walk away which serves drink but not food. The nearest shops are in Antrim and Crumlin, both are a 10 minute drive but parking is easy. You do need your own transport be it car, bike or motorbike. All can be parked safely on site.
