A continued restore of a 100 year old wood frame house on an operational ranch near historic Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Room to park, spread out indoors - enjoy the natural views! Located between Ft. Gibson & Tahlequah across from the Cherokee State Wildlife Mgt Area less then 30 min to Lakes, Casinos, Illinois River, & more that this area has to offer.

On Lake Tenkiller nestled in the woods. Half mile from Carlisle Cove with boat ramp and parking and short drive to Cookson Bend Marina and The Deck (music, food and drinks). Plenty space to park your boat. Enjoy fishing, boating or float the Illinois river in Tahlequah. Unit has refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee & machine, toaster oven, TV and DVD player & movies. No cable tv though. King bed & pull out queen sofa bed. Outside there is a charcoal grill (bring charcoal) and a picnic table.

Our Hillside Cabin is a renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

"Changes in Latitude = Changes in Attitude" Nestled in the hills of Lake Tenkiller you will find the perfect retreat for boating, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing. "Latitude Adjustment" is located at Carlisle Cove and is only 1000 feet from the water/boat ramp. It is only minutes to Cookson Marina, The Deck, Nautical Adventures Scuba, Sixshooter Marina, and the Cookson Airport.
