What a fantastic house and perfect location for exploring the north Welsh coast and Snowdonia. The host was so attentive and happy to help with everything. Would definitely stay again.

Never been to north wales before but Richard’s place was ideal not far from any other areas we were going to visit spot on lovely place clean quite picturesque views and a hot tub good value for money thank you Julie x

We had a fantastic short break staying at Jerome’s superb and spacious house - we have 3 children 6 , 3 and 1 year old all had a great time and loved playing the games provided as well as chilling in the hot tub (the 1 over 4!). The house is exactly as described and very well equipped. The pub next door makes amazing wood fired pizza sit in our take away! Loads to do in this part of the Wales and Jerome’s was an excellent base. Look forward to visiting again. Merci Jerome !

I will only say a few words as I’m not one for using lots of superlatives. The apartment is lovely and comfortable, has good parking and views from the 2 rooms at the front. It is close enough to Conwy as long as you have a car and LLandudno isn’t far either. Kerri is very responsive and helpful and all in all it’s a great place to choose.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect house to accommodate all our needs. Gorgeous surroundings and beautiful ,well equipped house. Liked that every room had its own bathroom . Lovely to sit in Garden. Would come again. Thankyou.

This was our second stay and, as the first time, was well equipped and extremely clean. We felt instantly at home and very comfortable. We were really lucky with the weather and were able to use the barbecue equipment provided in the evenings. The garden is beautiful and it was lovely to be able to enjoy the outside facilities. Even the dog was provided for with bowls, towel and a beautiful dog bed which our dog crashed on after a tiring day. It is in a great location to get out and about and is very peaceful. The guest book has some great recommendations for places to visit. We will hopefully be back for a 3rd visit. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Gorgeous house! Easily accessible from motorway, and the beach and a very lovely restaurant we had brunch at within walking distance. Home was pristine and check in/out was very easy. Karolina was very responsive and helpful - 5 stars xx

The best air bnb i have ever stayed in. Carolyne has gone above and beyond providing more than she needed too. The apartment is not in town, its just outside, opposite a lovely little park. The apartment itself is very spacious, very clean, tidy and fresh. Carolyne is very easy to conact, speedy replies and knowlegable. We had an amazing time. We will definitely be back to carolynes place. 5* I dont know what else to say other than perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very welcoming but not intrusive in any way and even left us fresh flowers and Welsh cakes on our last evening. We were very comfortable, with a great shower and a very comfy bed. We had amazing views of Conwy Castle and the town was within easy walking distance. And, much to my delight, baby lambs were in the field next to the property.

Had a wonderful weekend. Great house, Superb Kitchen, plenty of space and lovley Deco. We had a slight problem with bed which was dealt with by host (no fault of her own). communication was super efficient and helpful. It did not detract from our stay as everything else was perfect. Very Close to Conwy and Llandudno. Conwy Harbour was Beautiful and Nikki provides a useful Folder full of examples of places to eat, drink and visit. Hot tub and outside area provides a great place to unwind. The Castle View pub is also close by and offers a great view of Conwy Harbour. Thank You Nikki and Family ...your home is a credit to you x

We had a great stay at Church Walks. The property was exactly as described, spacious and well laid out, we were able to relax after fun days out around Gwynedd and Conwy. Clear instruction on how everything works and some good recommendations for what to do in the area. Llandudno itself is a beautiful Victorian seaside town, with lots of places to eat and drink. The property is located in a quiet spot but still with easy walking distance of the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here.

it was such a convenient accommodation for my family and little one , he felt so relaxed like his own house and for us too. I would highly recommend this budget friendly accommodation for a relax night and the owners are quite approachable.

If this place is available, book it! It’s a gem. We travelled with 3 kids and did cook and the kitchen was so well equipped. The beds are comfortable and showers were great with plenty of hot water for 8 people. The dining table sat 8 which you don’t always get in airbnbs which sleep 8! Living room was vey comfortable. There’s a little shop opposite which sells mils and bread etc. We ate in the pub one night and food was exceptional. It’s about a 50 minute drive from Snowdon railway and 20 minutes from betws y coed. I would recommend Maria’s place without hesitation and will be back :)

This is a great place to stay for touring the area. It is very well situated for restaurants and having the co-op opposite was a real bonus. The accommodation is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. Anthony was always at hand for advice. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.

' A home away from home'. - exquisitely and aesthetically beautiful, spacious and peaceful. Matt was wonderfully responsive to my questions. We came from the other part of the world and found it all very seamless. If you are not into lots of steps, then it may be tricky. We just loved it. Thank you Matt for a memorable stay.

A lovely apartment with a stunning view. Well equipped and comfortable. A great location - lots of lovely places to visit nearby (car needed) but I’d have been just as happy sitting on the balcony looking at the view. I’d certainly love to stay here again.

We have a really wonderful time at Anthony’s place! The house was just perfect in terms of accessibility, cleanliness and had everything we expected for our stay. The kitchen utensils were of good variety and we really appreciated their kind gesture of giving some essentials like Milk, coffee & sugar for us! The bed was quite big and cosy & the heaters worked great. This is one of the best stays we’ve had, & would love to book it again for our next visit! Thank you!

This is a great unit, right outside the city center. easy to walk to walk to all the attractions in Conwy. Roger the Co-Host was great and very helpful.

It was all perfect, wouldnt hesitate to stay again,one very small suggestion and by no means a cristisism at all, the settee if you are in your late 60s is very low to get out of but all just as described with a lovely touch of a welcome basket on arrival, Elan was very friendly the appartment is a credit to you thank you. Michael and Tracy were great hosts and accommodated our request for early check-in. Michael gave us a very friendly welcome and send off, as well as tips on where to walk in area despite my having a back injury. Our apartment (7) was at top of building up some quite steep steps. Bed was huge and comfortable, we both slept very well. We had a peacefu, relaxing stay, it was particularly lovely having a river at the bottom of the garden.
