Cute place nicely styled, and we appreciated the goodies that were left as a welcome for us. Great coffee bar setup, too! Good location that was easy to get to downtown Saco and Biddeford. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and well stocked with household supplies. There is a toaster oven but no toaster that I could find. Parking available. Walking distance to one of the few restaurants in town. Good view of the surroundings mountains. Host was always available to answer questions and resolve problems almost immediately. I would stay there again. There were many upgrades made to the apartment so it is very modern. Wifi was adequate and there were no issues streaming a video. I enjoyed my stay at this AirB&B. This was my first use of AirB&B and I was a little apprehensive at first but my apprehensions vanished quickly after my arrival. Host and I were in contact from the day I made the reservation and answered all my questions without delay.

Great place to stay everything you need in walking distance would stay again

The pictures don’t do it justice, beautiful space and the views of Sunday River and the surrounding area are amazing! Michael was very flexible and responsive and we have this earmarked for a return visit!

Very nice and comfortable apartment that had everything we needed and more. Spacious MBR plus an individual bedroom - perfect for our party of three. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to spend some days, or more, in St. Johnsbury.

This place is such a gem. I wanted to visit Portland, Kennebunkport and OOB, so I opted to rent something kind of in the middle. It was super calm, loved the porch for some late night reading, everything was super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Rented it by myself for a solo trip, I definitely recommend it.

The accommodations were exactly as described, perfect location for a ski weekend. 4 teens enjoyed the pool and game room and we met some super friendly people! Restaurants directly across the street was perfect, would love to stay again

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

Monica is absolutely great to rent from! She is so kind and generous , always doing anything she can to make the guest comfortable and have a great stay! She will go over and beyond. Highly recommend!

We had a great visit at Old Orchard Beach! The house is in a great location, with a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Crystal responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely recommend!

We have stayed here a few times and will return. Diane is a wonderful host. It is like a home away from home, with everything we needed, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, clean linens, cloth placemats, ample towels, washcloths, shampoo and conditioner, abundance of toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was very quick and efficient. Very clean, cozy, comfy, environment.

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pamela's! She provided a lot of great recommendations for the area. There's a ton of hiking, kayaking, and restaurants within a 20-30 minute drive. There are a few food options and shops within walking distance as well. The apt had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely spot in a peaceful area, you are about an hour from Portland proper but it’s a beautiful drive. This place has everything you need.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Vicky’s. The apartment was prefect. We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids had a blast sledding. We skied Waterville and Cannon. We also visited the ice castles during our stay. We hope to return to Vicky’s in the future!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Le chalet est très bien équipé, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Le confort et la tranquillité étaient au rendez-vous. Nous avons bien pu relaxer grâce au spa et au lit bien reposants. Nous avons fait quelques activités bien appréciées aux alentours, dans le bien nommé Northeast Kingdom. Merci pour cette belle retraite de couple!

Great place! Stayed for three days for a bachelorette weekend! Was super close to all our activities in the Old Port! Matt was a great host, we had no issues throughout the stay! Plenty of coffee, bathroom supplies, towels, kitchen was great also! Sadly it rained most of the time or we would have definitely used the hot tub and fire pit! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend if you need a place in OOB! Thanks Matt!

Great stay. Easy self check-in, the host was super responsive about minor questions, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is very kid friendly, there's a nice playground across the street, a beach and mini shopping plaza, and an athletic club (passes were $50/day for families) all within a 5 minute walk. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

Loved the location, beautiful spot and lots of family friendly activities. Great host with great communication, we were very comfortable away from home!
