The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Our villa is next to Cefalu (about than 15 miles) and even closer to the wondeful beach of Finale di Pollina, at about 6 miles. Yet it is surrounded by the beautiful Nature Reserve of Madonie Mountain with lots of trekking path and great naturalistic areas to be discovered. The closest village is Pollina, a really cute medieval little town with gorgeous views of the valley, at about 1.5 miles where you'll find the basic service. It worth mentioning the village of Castelbuono at about 10 miles.

In the picturesque Sicilian countryside, only 5 kilometres from the famous town of Cefalú and a few minutes from the beach of Capo Plaja, we offer a newly built holiday home for 4 people. The house is divided into two independent flats, with private entrance into the bright living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and room with 2 single beds. Each room has air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, there is a swimming pool and large outdoor area for relaxing or having a barbecue.
