Enjoy the tranquility of Nature and easy access to the fun of the Columbia River Gorge in our cozy, rustic yurt. Located in the hills outside Mosier, OR, we offer an alternative to camping: Glamping. If you are not excited to experience using an outside john and shower, keeping the wood stove stoked or living among the creatures of the forest, this may not be your style of adventure ;) Check in is 5pm, but open to flexible scheduling if possible. Welcome to this cozy, private retreat tucked near the Sandy River. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the river from your window, or take a short walk to the nearby beach. This 190sq/ft cabin can accommodate 2 guests and a furry friend. Perfect for a quaint, quiet getaway! Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located about 1/4 mile away, making it an easy walk to explore. Though a completely private residence, the house does share a lot with my personal cabin. Cabin elevation 1320 ft.

Stay along a bank of the Zig Zag River in the foothills of Mt. Hood in this handcrafted cabin. Set at the end of a quiet, forested street just off Hwy 26, this cozy cabin offers solitude surrounded by majestic beauty. With a rustic wood and handmade tile interior, the cabin has a classic feel with modern convenience. Outside, the mountains offer visual serenity, and the river creates a dreamy audio ambiance that drowns out road noise and makes it an ideal space to truly "get away".

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Venture across the deck and have your coffee on a big rock by the river. Play on Mt. Hood, explore the shops in town, or just watch the Sandy roll by from the cozy sofa. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the river. Sit by the fireplace with your pup. Start a movie on the projector in the bunk room. Wake up to the river view from the king size bed upstairs or downstairs sunroom. Repeat. Just under an hour from Portland, 35 mins to Timberline, 10 mins to Mt Hood National Forest.

Gorgeous riverfront retreat One Hour from Portland

Nestled on the bank of the Lewis River on 1.7 acres of alder and fir forest with a creek meandering through the property. A 1200 sq. ft. deck wraps the main house with stairs leading down to the river. There are no neighbors across the river or downstream, so you'll have the sunsets all to yourself. Soak in the hot tub (w/cold plunge) or build a fire under the stars. At 1.5 mi to the Gifford-Pinchot National Forest and Sunset Falls, plenty of recreational opportunities await!

Just 15 minutes to White Salmon and Hood River, and 20 minutes to The Dalles.
