Brian's cozy place is comfortable, clean and neat. Bonus: It's located on a quiet street. We are likely to stay again when we are back in the area.

Always a great stay when I am in town for work. I have stayed here at least a dozens times and Julio's place is typically my first choice when available.

Corner unit with water views in quiet community. Close to Marco Island beaches and Everglades City. Well kept condo and grounds with friendly staff. Stayed 3 weeks without any issues or concerns. Restaurant, pool, and marina store all close by. Enjoyed walking along the marina and seeing wildlife. Would definitely stay again.

This place is so clean I felt at home and very quite which is exactly what I loved. Also, the host was amazing and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone and also, take care of it because we all deserve to be treated in the manner this host do, so keep it clean and spotless just like you will find it 😀

Our stay here was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and matched the pictures. The host was extremely polite and responsive. The only con I would say is that the house is on a street that is quite busy so backing into the street or onto the driveway can be challenging but it wasn’t much of an issue for us and didn’t diminish our view of the place a bit.

David’s place was terrific. It was exactly as described. Very clean and welcoming. David was very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had so much at this cute little place! Our kids got to see lizards on the property and we loved having our mornings out on the screened in porch! The location is close to shops and grocery stores as well as the beach and local activities. It was very clean and well kept with the absolutely gorgeous views of palm trees and tropical flowers! A great place at a great value! The host was super kind and responsive to all my messages and we look forward to booking with Carla again on the future!

We were looking for a place to spend the weekend with our family and we ended up adding another day to our trip because we felt in love with this beautiful place and didn’t want to leave so soon. It’s a very clean and very private house, the patio area was fantastic, perfect for the kids to have fun in the pool while you relax in it surrounded by nature. The owners are very welcoming and really nice. 100% recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. It was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy with a lockbox and a code. It was nice that each room had it's own bathroom for privacy.

Came in for a wedding Easter weekend. Location was right between where needed to be and took a quick trip to Naples. House was cozy smelled clean when we got in. We had to check out the day after the wedding so we moved a little slow but he gave us the few extra moments to get stuff together.

Nice place enjoyed it and the host were easy to communicate with I would refer it !

The condo was perfect for us.. clean and true to the photos. Check in was easy. Walkable neighborhood.. could walk to a beautiful beach for morning cofeee... plenty of places to kayak. Covenant to groceries and restaurants

Great location close to downtown, beaches , restaurants , grocery store …botanical garden etc Back yard has gorgeous palm trees . It’s private , quiet and friendly neighborhood. Bathrooms are beautifully remodeled and clean as well as kitchen . The best part is the host - friendly , responsive and helpful - ready to solve any issues . We spent two weeks there .

I was very impressed with this lovely ranch home. I normally rent in Naples Park but decided to take a chance on this location. It is FAR BETTER than Naples Park. Like all of Naples, the neighborhood is transitioning but this home is a hidden gem. Big lot. Private back yard. I enjoyed each morning sitting on the porch listening to the MANY songbirds. Very convenient to Fifth Avenue and just a block off of the main Naples road. LOVED the private beach pass which stands alone as the BEST amenity! Easy to park. Bathroom access. Never crowded. Owner provided every beach accessory needed. Lots of chairs. Layout of home is perfect with master suite separated from the other bedrooms. Comfy beds and nice linens and towels. Art work compliments the home. Could maybe use a few more seating options of a bigger group stays but perfect for 4-6 people. I highly recommend staying in this home. Simple. Non-complicated. Allowed earlier check-in. VERY easy checkout. Would definitely stay again

Place is as described. Great location and resort. Elena is a very responsive host. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Close to restaurants and activities. Pool was good for kids.

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

Karley’s place exceeded our expectations. Very peaceful neighborhood. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. The condo had everything that we needed. The lanai was my favorite spot! We even got to fish just a few steps from the door. Very comfortable and super clean condo. We rented e-bikes just a 5 minute walk away. They were great for passing backed up traffic going towards Times Square at the beach. We also rode them all the way back on the shoreline. It was awesome! We would definitely not hesitate to stay there again. Any questions that we had were answered super quick. Great host and co-host! Thanks again Karley and Kelly for letting us stay at your place!

Inga-Lill is a friendly, gracious, responsive host. The apartment is well-positioned on the top floor of a high-rise building; truly wonderful views of Gulf, Tigertail Beach, natural preserve. The pool was a nice bonus and the complex and building were generally very quiet. Inga-Lill even provided a closet full of games, puzzles, everything needed for the beach, including a cart. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect place to stay for our family! Quiet, comfortable, clean and the pool was wonderful! They were very responsive with questions and the pictures perfectly represented the listing. The screened in porch and balcony were so great to have for coffee in the morning and card games when we needed a break from the sun. Thank you for sharing this beautiful location with us!

We LOVED this bnb from the moment we arrived! Anthony went above and beyond to make us feel like we were on vacation, but still at home. The house is beautifully decorated which we loved. This air bnb is a main reason we would come back to Naples to visit, and I would recommend it to all of my friends !

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!
