Très bel appartement, propre, bien situé et conforme à la description. L’hôte est très réactive et propose toujours des solutions, elle est également souple sur l’heure d’arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cette hôte et ce logement.

Rui ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, so wie wir es mögen.

We had a fabulous stay in Lisbon, and could not have picked a better location. We are social people, and love to get out and explore. Being directly on the pedestrian street, Rua Augusta, was so convenient. Lots to see & do, and only a few minutes walk from the waterfront & Rossio station. As others have said, yes, you have to walk up several flights of stairs. But consider it your preparation for the number of hilly streets you will walk when exploring Lisbon! The apartment has everything you need (and if you can't find something, look in the very handy information binder the host provides, as it has answers to basically every question you could ever have about the apartment and Lisbon itself!). Whilst we didn't need to make use of the A/C during our stay, others would be interested to note that each bedroom, and the main living area, has their own A/C unit, so you can adjust the temps in each of the spaces accordingly. Very handy!

From the beginning Emanuela and Rui were great. As soon as we booked we were given all the information needed such as access codes, how to get to the property and even some restaurant recommendations. Couldn’t fault them one bit and replies were very quick before and during our stay. Their place is a perfect little studio on a lovely, quiet street, perfect for a long weekend in Lisbon. Small but fully equipped kitchen with all utensils you would need for cooking (although with the quality of nearby restaurants we didn’t make much use of them!) Definitely a great location with great hosts and when we come back we will be checking for availability.

Rene’s apartment was perfect. We felt comfortable and safe in the area, there were plenty of restaurants around and easy links to both the airport and city (metro and buses). Rene was in touch throughout the trip making sure everything ran smoothly and the apartment was great, very spacious with enough room for all of us. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Luis's place for five incredible months, and it couldn’t have been better. It was our first year as parents to our newborn, and Luis made it feel like a true home. Luis went above and beyond every step of the way. Any time we had an issue, he resolved it quickly and kindly. One unforgettable moment was when we accidentally locked ourselves out, and Luis came to our rescue immediately. The Areeiro area is fantastic: a peaceful, residential neighborhood with great restaurants, quirky shops, and a beautiful park nearby. Its central location makes getting anywhere in Lisbon quick and easy. This was, without a doubt, our best Airbnb experience. Luis’s hospitality and care made all the difference. We’ll recommend his place to everyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you, Luis, for making our stay so special!

The apartment turned out to be much bigger than in the photos! The details, lighting, decor—wow! I felt like this flat was designed as a personal home, not just as a rental. Everything was thoughtfully planned and considered. Friends warned us, ‘Don’t stay in the center, it’s noisy!’ but the soundproofing was amazing. We didn’t hear anything from the street. And just stepping onto the balcony, we could see the sea to the right! Pure delight. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, even a waffle maker. And a special mention for the host—so responsive! Nicolas answered all our questions very quickly. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Ich möchte meine durchweg positive Erfahrung teilen! Maria war ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit während unseres Aufenthalts. Ihre Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, was unseren Aufenthalt für uns besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war super praktisch und hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Maria!

We had an amazing stay at Casas do Olival! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. Sima was an exceptional host — kind, welcoming, and always available to help. We truly felt at home. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would love to come back and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars all the way!

Ha accolto egregiamente me e la mia compagna. Posticipando il check in per venire incontro al nostre necessità. Durante il soggiorno si sono scaricate la pile dell'aria condizionata e Luis tempestivamente è arrivato per portare pile nuove. Inoltre ci ha fornito un utilissimo servizio di deposito bagagli al check out permettondoci di visitare la città int totale tranquillità. Veramente un host amichevole e professionale che poche volte mi è capito. Consigliatissimo! 👍🏻

Rita and Miguel's flat was the perfect base for our week in Lisbon. Great location, very clean, and lots of recommendations, plus Rita was more than happy to make some reservations for us. Everything was nice and easy, and we felt very well looked after.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Great bars , especially the Brazilian Cafe that is 100 yards from the apartment next to the tram stop at the top of the hill.

We loved this apartment. Very tasteful, spacious, excellent light. Well-equipped with all the basics in the bathrooms and in the kitchen (paper products, salt, sugar, olive oil, coffee). The location was PERFECT, just a block away from all the good stuff in any direction, but nothing to make the apartment noisy. This apartment was even better than advertised on all fronts, and the photos dont do it justice

최고의 숙소입니다. 바다가 보이는 아름답게 꾸며진 숙소에서 하루를 마치면서 즐기는 스팀사우나는 행복한 경험이었어요. Carlos 는 게스트를 위해서 에그타르트와 와인도 준비해 주었습니다. 식당과 식료품점이 바로 옆에 있어서 편했고 매일 저녁 해변으로 산책을 즐길 수 있습니다. 이제까지 경험한 에어비앤비 숙소 중 최고의 선택이었어요. Carlos, 다음에 또 방문하겠습니다.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

Logement très propre avec beaucoup de soin accordé au détail : beaucoup d’équipements qui favorisent le confort, un linge qui sent divinement bon, des petites attentions de type hôtelières toujours appréciables sur un airbnb (chaussons, savons…) ! Le jacuzzi a fait toute la différence : après une longue journée visite, la terrasse et la baignade sont un vrai régale Ricardo est un hôte très disponible et soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs Logement proche de tout et notamment du quartier historique et tram 28. À faire ! Je recommande sans réserve

Was a nice place warm as it was very cold when I was there. Lots of things around restaurants there’s a bar close by so I can get a little noisy on the weekends. Other than that it was great and Tad was very helpful and accommodating!!!!

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

Paulo was very helpful. He met us when we arrived early and allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment so we could walk around Lisbon before checking in. Apartment was in a good location. Only warning is that there are a few flights of stairs to carry the bags up but Paulo very kindly helped us. The bakery nearby was wonderful! We highly recommend this lovely accommodation😊

We had a great stay! The balconies was great to use to catch some sun. It was always easy to get in touch with the host. The apartment was clean. It was also very spacious!

Ana and Jorge's flat is lovely - clean, quiet and comfortable, in a great area of the city away from the busy areas but with everything easily accessible. We found Ana and Jorge to be very kind and generous hosts. We felt very much looked after. Lisbon is a beautiful and interesting city and this is the perfect flat for a lovely holiday. Walk five minutes to the viewpoint at the top of Parque Eduardo for the most stunning view!
