Cocoa Beach: aluguel por temporada com área externa

Wir haben uns bei Jeff sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man kommt zum Stand und zu anderen Ausflugszielen recht zügig. Das Kennedy Space Center ist nur eine knappe Autostunde entfernt.

I really enjoyed the clean look of the kitchen & the quiet neighborhood

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

After coming to Orlando for cheer worlds we decided last minute we were not ready to go home, we booked this home last minute ( the day of) and so glad we did! Traveling 14 hours with three kids alone and spending a few days in Orlando made it impossible to relax until we got here! The pool was absolutely perfect, I was able to get some sun and not worry about the kids since the pool was right there. There was also plenty of games to keep them entertained. The house was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the beds were also super comfy. I loved how homey the house felt and how it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The only regret we had was not staying longer!

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

this place worked perfectly for our needs (large family). there were five large bedrooms and plenty of area. huge yard with stuff for the kids to do (basketball, soccer). fire pit was nice to have. The owners were very attentive and welcoming (personal message, welcome basket). the carport cover has a hose which is super convenient to rinse off sand. About 30 mins drive to the beaches and Cape Canaveral. grocery stores about 10mins away. Would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

We had an enjoyable 5-week stay at Amber's place, working remotely. The house is comfortable and met our needs nicely, with two desks in different rooms, and a strong wifi signal. The kitchen opening-up to the living room provided a spacious feel, and the living room furniture was comfortable. We ate most of our meals in the "library" off of the kitchen, and the bookshelves were well stocked with a variety of books, board games, and puzzles. The screened room in the back was spacious and provided easy access to the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, the houses are well-kept, and we especially enjoyed walking to the nature preserve less than a mile away. The local beaches are clean and quiet, and less than a 20-minute drive from the house. It was a plus having access to the 2-car garage, and the cherry tomato plants in the back yard kept us supplied with delicious tomatoes! Amber was a great host, and went out of her way to accommodate an unexpected change in plans.

Kris is a great host. His place is private and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and private access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

Fünf Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig. Super schöne saubere Gegend, sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und elegant eingerichtet. Kenn hat extra für uns ein Feuer gemacht und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das beste Airbnb Erlebnis bisher auf unserer Reise. Vielen Dank dafür.

Our stay at Kathy's was wonderful! We spent so much time just enjoying the beautiful property! We were lucky enough to catch a rocket launch and the sunsets on the river were a perfect way to end the day. The ocean is just across the street and the beach not crowded at all. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Kathy has been a great hostess. Very thoughtful and communicative. Ray, her wonderful brother was such a joy to talk to and provided the perfect recommendation to check out Sebastian Inlet Park. It's about a 45 minute drive and worth it! We swam with manatees and it was just incredible. A true bucket list item for me! I highly recommend this gorgeous property and hope to get the chance to visit again. Thank you, Kathy and Ray!

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Our first time in Melbourne, and it was a welcome surprise. We originally selected Patty's Upstairs Apartment (South) in Historic Home because my wife was really intrigued by the look of it. And what a comfortable space it is! I appreciated that it wasn't too far from my favorite beaches further south. We stayed for two full weeks. During our time, we made good use of the kitchen and the back patio. And the excellent assortment of books! I found Melbourne to be surprisingly quiet, especially when compared to some other neighboring cities. This property is only a few minutes walk from the historic downtown. And me, not usually the outdoorsy type, even found a wetlands hike that I and my wife both enjoyed. We discovered it was easy to get around town, there was plenty to keep us busy, parking was easy, and the weather was great. Even more, our hosts were attentive and very kind. If we do return to Melbourne some day, this would be our first choice.

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Great spot right on the beach. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Only issue was a beach dredging project right out back but there’s nothing the owner can do to control that. We just parked down the street at 14th and it was really easy. Did see a few black racer snakes too which was cool/scary. Beach was clean and very quiet with only a few people on the beach. We also saw a space x star link launch which was really cool and the kids loved it. Overall great place to stay away from the more touristy section of Cocoa Beach. Lots of great restaurants to choose from too

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly as described. Ocean front condo was well equipped with beach towels, beach chair, sand toys and coolers making it very accommodating for anyone flying into the area. Ana is extremely responsive in any questions I had on our rental. Thank you again for the top notch service.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

As parents of an FIT student, this cute condo was perfect for trips to the college, beach, stores, and restaurants! Michelle was very communicative and flexible which we appreciated and we will definitely stay here again. The place is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook as we made some fresh meals for our son, and parking is easy with an elevator to the third floor if one needs. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit which masks some of the traffic and train noise. The balcony and kitchen window have a serene view of the marina. Very nice!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!
